Psorolin-B was only product/cream that help control skin infection, pus and kept skin smooth as I could directly put on laceration and would heal, whereas other creams would spread infection. Further, it does not cintain steriods and seems to be a genuine natural product as had severe reactions to topical steriods. Further, Psorolin-B helps with inflamation. In Summer, since it seems to contains paraffin which is hot, so I used with coconut oil, but in winter it helps keep warm and so ideal. These are my findings after one years use.
