Bought this for the cottage for extra sleeping and for us as weโre both tall. Great height to sit down on. Our feet almost dangle off of it. I havenโt slept on it yet but laying down on it feels comfortable. Was easy to assemble but not so easy to put back in the pouch afterwards. Although I did manage to get it back in without too much effort. Good quality and hope itโs comfortable to sleep on.

I rate this three stars without the cot pads but five with. My husband and I have been tent camping for a little over 20 years. We use to sleep on a thick blanket but as age increased and back issues developed, the ground wasn't an option. We stared to use an air bed but it wasn't firm enough and my back would stiffen up at night to the point that I couln't got off the air bed without help and a lot of pain. We went to an RV show and decided we are not RV people. With an RV, we can't use tent only sites that are generally secluded and away from large areas with RVs relatively close to each other. We like to camp away from people. So I can contine to camp, we decided to try cots. We tried out cots in sporting goods stores and they seemed "ok". most seemed thin and some would wobble, as if the frame wasn't going to hold up. One store had an "oversized" cot that had thick material and a very sturdy frame. Since we camp often, we needed something that will hold up. I found these on Amazon and read alot of good reviews. They were also half the price as some oversized ones in box store. When they arrived we set them up in the house. They are easy to carry and set up. And they have extra stitching in areas that would be handled more or take extra use. The first camping trip was for three nights. The cots were pretty comfortable for the first couple hours. I woke up with pressure point pain in my hip. I moved to my back and woke again with pressure point pain. Next night I put another blanket on the cot and that helped, not perfect but better. I should also say that without anything between you and the cot, your heat will not keep the cot warm. It was 65 at night and we didn't stay warm without a blanket under us. I should also say that my husband doesn't have the back issues that I have. He slept better then I did, seemed more comfortable then I was but still had some (less then I had) pressure point discomfort. Even with all my back issues, I was more comfortable and wasn't stiff like I would have been with an air bed. I was convinced that the cat surface was just to hard to sleep on directly. We decided to get cot pads and couldn't find any that fit these cots in box stores. (I need to look on Amazon first, box stores second) I found the cot pads that go with these cots on Amazon and just bought them without reading reviews. The cot pads got tested on a week long camping trip to West Virginia. We went to bed and I tried to listen to the quiet, crackling fire and soft breeze. I'm not sure how long I was awake but the next thing I heard was the morning birds singing to the sun coming up. The cot pads made the difference!! I slept great, woke up near pain free (I always have some back pain no matter what), not stiff, cot didn't add pain and I can get on and off the cots without a problem. We had one cold, damp night but stayed very warm with the cot pad because it held in out heat. On one of our three day trips it was very warm. I thought that the cot pad would keep to much heat in and we would be to warm. But it didn't seem like it. The weather was such that we didn't need a blanket.

Totally worth it to buy, itโs so comfy to sleep on while camping and appreciate the extra space on it.

Great width, easy setup although a little cranky until it's on its feet, hard for short legged people to get out of. Very comfortable, durable, excellent carry bag too. Heavy and solid, no bar across the middle of your back. Almost perfect.
