Lovely bread
Very tasty, imo, healthy. A bit hard to stop eating!

Nice and actually low carb, but expensive
This is one of the nicer low carb breads I've tried. Not exactly like standard wheat bread, but you shouldn't expect that. I also buy the Srsly bread that's a bit closer to normal bread, but this has its own charm. But this price for 5 skinny slices... it's a bit too steep for me.

Far from the best high protein low carb bread
There are much better low carb high protein breads available, on Amazon and in Tesco. This one appealed due to the handy small package size, but has tiny slices that don't taste nice and have a firm texture like squashed together seeds, not like bread. Also caused more of a blood glucose spike than I would like.

My go to bread to keep
My husband loves this for a quick snack - toasted is best. It keeps well in the fridge and is good quality.
