What size would i purchase for my 2003 nissan frontier for the rear bearing? bearing size shows 3 x 0.8 x 3 inches

The bearing separator needs to support both the inner and outer races of the bearing cage equally, and fit around the shaft the bearing is pressed onto to thread the nuts on the through bolts and hold it all together. So, to remove a 3” bearing, you’ll need a separator that has at least 3” spread. This spreader is a little too small for your job at 2.95” maximum spread. A separator with 1/2”- 4 5/8” min-maximum spread would likely be better for your current job, and also work for most other vehicles with similar sized/rated drivetrain parts.
