Overall for the price and what it achieves an excellent product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very stiff bristles *by V***C on 7 October 2012* My previous back scrubber fell apart after just a few months so I bought this slightly more expensive one. So far so good, with these caveats..... Although I'm a tall person (6' 3") The handle is a little too long even for me when I'm scrubbing my back. I have to hold it about 3/4 of the way down. But that's hardly a major issue. I just wonder why they made it so long. Secondly, the bristles really are very stiff indeed. I've no reason to believe my skin is any more sensitive than normal but I find I have to scrub rather more gingerly than I used to. Aside from these points it seems to be quite well made, so far, and so I've given it 4 stars. If this one too begins to fall apart after a few months I'll revise that rating. (P.S. Beware rave reviews that look as if they might be written by someone's marketing department. They probably are.......) P.P.S. 18 months after purchase and it's better then it was when I bought it. It's still of a piece and the bristles have softened nicely.
