Went on very easy, light is important. High spots will be a huge problem once you get a cure, so ensure you have adequate light and go over your application with the supplied cloth. Had issues with the glass, had to polish glass after cure due to haze and spots. Paint protection however is great, very happy

My first time using a matte ceramic coat. I was pleased to find out that this was just as easy to apply on a tradtional surface as matte. I put downtwo coats afte r watiting 1 hour in betweed to dry. The product would flash after about 30 seconds to 1 minute and was easy to even out and buff with follow up microfiber. Product maintained the Matte finish of my poaintjob while providing the adfditional protection I needed.

applied a single layer on a clean matte / satin panel after proper wash and panel wipe. listing pitches Matte EVO for matte paint, matte vinyl, or matte PPF without adding gloss. also calls out single-layer DIY and humidity-tolerant install. the heavier-apply note for film mattered. thin spots flash differently. even coverage then wipe-off is the whole game. claim vs reality: it did not turn the finish into wet-look gloss, which is the nightmare scenario on matte. color looked a bit richer / more even after, still flat. water behavior improved after application in the "beads instead of sticking as dirty spots" direction. I'm not signing the "lasts for years" brochure from one session. ceramic marketing loves calendar math. this draft is first-application honesty plus early wash behavior. install friction is real. work panel by panel. don't race the flash time. keep towels clean. dust in the coat looks worse on matte than on gloss because there's no shine to hide sins. if a high spot starts to haze, a second wipe with a fresh side of the towel usually levels it before it becomes a permanent weird patch. 50ml is enough for a careful DIY job if you're not drowning PPF. films drink product like the listing warns. gloves help because you will touch more edges than you expect. temperature still matters even with the outdoor-friendly claim. hot panels flash faster and punish hesitation. after the first careful wash, the panel still looked matte instead of patchy-shiny, which is the bar that matters. skip if your car is gloss and you grabbed the wrong bottle, or you want spray-wax convenience. keep if you have real matte/satin surfaces and you're trying not to ruin them with the wrong dressing.

great product. more for the experienced auto detailer. especially with the matte coating. can only be used on matte paint finishes. repels water and protects for a long time with basic wash and reload maintenance . I have cars out in the field that those compnysa product has lasted 3-4 years with basic wash and reload maintenance

I put a coat of this over my 3M Deep Matte Black vinyl wrap & OEM wheels... it looks amazing - endurance is TBD. It was easy to apply, and foolproof for the most part.

Absolutely nothing about this. Would cause it to be exclusively for use on matte finishes.!! I used it on Glass, worked fine. I used it on headlights, worked fine. I used it on a windshield, works fine. I used it on matte paint, worked fine. This is a good product, but it is more an expensive bottle of marketing than anything else.

I purchased to coat my new Ducati Motorcycle. Since the paint is Matte or Satin, I needed a Matte coating and this performed excellent. Easy flashing and wipe off. Like with all ceramic coating the prep is the most important part. Strip wash, and surface prepped prior to using.
