Delicious Handmade Confectionery How did you come up with the idea for this product? Everything started with my passion for sweets. At one particular time in 2013, I was making marshmallows in my kitchen and the pungent smell of the melted animal gelatine made me realize that I wanted to create a product with better and carefully selected ingredients. I got experimenting with nuts, fruits and chocolate to create something sweet that would not be a mass-produced sugar fix with little tional value. We use the sugar shell as a natural preservative (a little bit like jam) and inside we encase many different types of nuts, caramelised fruits, vegetarian jellies, chocolate and spices. This crunchy shell creates our delicious surprises!! What makes your product special? Lavolio is the perfect gift for anyone with a sweet tooth. It’s a satisfactory indulgent treat handmade with the best quality ingredients. We sit right at the site end of mass-produced sugar confectionery, in fact all our products are artisan made, gluten-free and delicious.
