I used this to fill 15,000 500mL bottles of hand wash. Each bottle requiring 5 pumps. It broke on me 2x (once the spring inside snapped, once it was just leaking product and I couldn't understand why) but for the price it was clearly worth it to buy a replacement each time! Was essential for scaling my business pre-manufacturer.

I spent over $500 making my hair oil and this machine was very disappointing. It worked for mixing, but constantly leaked when it came time to dispense the oil. Because of the leaking, I lost a lot of product and profit. As a small business owner, that kind of waste is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this machine if you plan to use it for filling or dispensing oils.

Unbelievable! This machine saves time, effort, and energy. It is a lifesaver. I cannot tell you how much more productive I am at making lotions now that I have this machine. I recommend this machine to anyone making small-scale lotions for sale, such as under 500, 1-2-ounce containers at a time. Clean up is easy as well. Read the manual and watch a few videos first, and you will understand this machine's capabilities.

I really makes bottling oil a lot neater and cleaner, but it often does not pump out the oil so I have to reset the whole thing. If anybody who has this problem and know how to solve it without breaking down the whole machine, please comment but overall it really is a good machine.

Cons: As other customers have mentioned, we paid for a new machine but received a used one. It wasn't damaged, but had clear scuff marks, water spots, and the interior gasket was still wet. So it was definitely used (not just opened). Amazon offered for me to return it and try again, or a 15% discount (which was kind, but still irritating to receive a used machine when I expected something new - especially when I don't know what was in it before.) I didn't have time to deal with returning it and hoping a new one would be sent, so we kept it. So far it works, but the lever takes quite a bit of effort to pull down and makes an irritating noise; I can tell it's going to take a toll on my shoulder (and ears) when I'm trying to fill a lot of products. Additionally, the hopper just barely fits 11.5L (3 gallons) - if you're just pouring something in and then dispensing it that would work, but there's not enough room to stir/mix 3 gallons of product, which is disappointing; our old machine had a slightly larger hopper and it was simple to make large batches. Not being able to do 3 gallons at a time is going to slow our production down. Pros: I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the shelf is helpful and the base design is more user friendly than our old AO3 model. In addition, the volume adjustment on the side is extremely helpful. Finally, it holds actual liquid water (which our old machine couldn't handle - it needed viscosity for the liquid not to just drain out) - so that will be helpful.

Works well with easily adjustable dispensing volumes. No leakage. Well constructed. Not as easy to clean as I had hoped but overall, it is a real time saver.

This is a really good quality dispenser for the price. We had a few issues with leaking, but it ended up being our fault as we didn’t tighten up one of the seals correctly and once we rectify that with a wrench, it’s been perfect ever since. Makes really quick work of Pumping bottles.

I was really apprehensive of purchasing this based on the negative reviews. Bottom line, if it doesnt work, it will be sent back! I am so glad I went with my gut. Absolutely game changing product for fragrance oils. My wife makes reed diffusers and room sprays. Pouring using beakers and funnels is a nightmare. This has quadruple the production. A couple of things to note. The measurement gauge is not accurate however they is really easy to tweak to get your desired amount. The lever to dispense the liquid is also pretty stiff but once you've poured a few times you dont even notice it. Honestly, if you pour liquids, this is for you! Well made, sturdy and straight out of box ready to go. Highly recommended. Ignore the haters!
