Honor Magic V2

Review: Extremely reflective - Purchased as I had damaged pre-installed outer film screen protector on my V2. Have not used installed the internal film yet as the pre-installed protector is still in good condition, so can I only review the external tempered glass protector here. In regard to quality, the glass protector does feel well made and is relatively easy to install (or maybe I got lucky on my first attempt?) The shape perfectly aligns with the outer screen, mirroring the slight curve on right-side edge which add a premium feel. The outer protector is very smooth in use and feels like the original display. The clarity is very good but what lets this protector down, and the reason for my 3 stars is that it is EXTREMELY reflective - not just a little, a lot -to the extent that I can no longer have the display brightness set to auto as the display almost seems to be dimmed by the amount of light being reflected! I've manually turned the brightness up on the device and this does counteract the reflectiveness to an extent, but it is a little disappointing. Overall, I'm relatively satisfied as it does the job I purchased it to do -ie, protect the screen, but whereas I've been using the V2 outer screen much more since moving from a Galaxy Z Fold, I kinda feel I'll now go back to using the inner display on this device as it's a more comfortable viewing experience.
