This wide mat allows you to perform all exercises with ease. Perform press ups, sumo squats and lateral lunges without going off the mat. The ample space and support provided by the mat means there are no limits to the stretches you can perform. - EXTRA THICK FOR SUPPORT - Our mats are 10mm thick; this is 2.5x thicker than standard 4mm yoga mats. The thickness offers sufficient cushioning whilst still providing the much needed support during exercises. Say goodbye to sore joints and a sore back! We found the 10mm thickness to be the sweet spot for workouts. - DOUBLE LAYERED TPE MATERIAL - We custom designed this double layered TPE material to provide athletes with the perfect combination of support and stability. TPE is a superior material to the standard NBR mats you will find. TPE is a denser material and we’ve double layered this to provide a great base for all your workouts. TPE is more durable and is also waterproof for easy cleaning and sweat resistance. TPE also benefits from being a 100% recyclable material. - NON-SLIP TEXTURED GRIP – The mat has our bespoke diamond textured grip on both sides; this provides grip in all directions when performing those high intensity exercises. You won’t find this on standard mats as it is unique to Karma Fitness mats. - FREE WATERPROOF CARRY BAG WITH STRAP INCLUDED – Our mat comes with a free carry bag so you can take your exercise mat to all your workouts. The strap is fully adjustable and the bag fits around the mat with ease. You can throw the mat over your shoulder and carry it to wherever your fitness regime requires! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BQZGJ1XQ | | Best Sellers Rank | #16,376 in Sporting Goods ( See Top 100 in Sporting Goods ) #63 in Exercise Mats | | Brand Name | Karma Fitness | | Color | Black - Engraved | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (431) | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 1 Years | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 183L x 80W x 1Th centimeters | | Item Weight | 1.8 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Karma Fitness | | Material | Thermoplastic Elastomers | | Model Number | 123 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | 123 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Karma Fitness - **Colour:** Black - Engraved - **Material:** Thermoplastic Elastomers - **Product care instructions:** Hand Wash Only - **Product dimensions:** 183L x 80W x 1Th centimeters ## Images ![Large Exercise Mat - Extra Wide & Extra Thick Yoga Mat for Men & Women (183cm x 80cm x 10mm) - TPE Fitness Non Slip Gym Mat for Home HIIT Workouts, Pilates, Gymnastics - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81xIFnHmUAL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can I wear shoes on the Karma Fitness mat?** A: Your mat is built to last, but a little care goes a long way. Barefoot training is ideal, though smooth-soled sneakers work well too. Avoid shoes with deep tread or cleats to prevent unnecessary wear. **Q: Is the mat suitable for weight training as well as Pilates & yoga?** A: Yes - our mat is engineered for all workouts. The 10mm thickness cushions your joints, while the dense TPE material resists compression from weights, making it perfect for strength training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and more. **Q: Will the mat slip on hard floors?** A: No - the diamond-textured surface grips in all directions, keeping your mat firmly in place on wood, tile, or concrete, even during high-intensity workouts. **Q: Can I use the mat on the reverse side?** A: Yes, absolutely the reverse side is plain black and has the same diamond texture which provides a great non-slip base. You can work out on either the front or back of your mat - switch it up as you wish! **Q: Is the mat easy to clean?** A: Yes - the closed-cell TPE surface is sweat-proof and non-absorbent. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth or mild soap solution to keep it fresh and odor-free. ## Frequently Bought Together - Large Exercise Mat - Extra Wide & Extra Thick Yoga Mat for Men & Women (183cm x 80cm x 10mm) - TPE Fitness Non Slip Gym Mat for Home HIIT Workouts, Pilates, Gymnastics - Gritin Resistance Bands, Set of 5 Skin-Friendly Resistance Fitness Exercise Loop Bands with 5 Different Strength Levels - Carrying Case Included - Ideal for Home, Gym, Yoga, Training - Amazon Basics Cast Iron Kettlebell --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/610579745-large-exercise-mat-extra-wide-and-extra-thick-yoga-mat](https://www.desertcart.in/products/610579745-large-exercise-mat-extra-wide-and-extra-thick-yoga-mat) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
