Smooth , great clear tone and lasts long.

Tried the acoustic version of these and was so impressed with the tone decided to buy some for my electric - delighted.

Bought these for my son in laws birthday. He was very happy with them. Just what he wanted. Good value for money.

Same old same old. You get what you pay for

I get though a set of strings every two months (or less) and decent quality makes a difference; I go for the brighter sounding version but thats a personal taste. Are they worth the extra, maybe, as my hands tend to corrode lesser strings. Playing for 5-6 hours every three days I think the strings justify the additional cost. They deliver a more consistent sound without the excessive brightness some have when new.

Best strings I have ever purchased

I love elixir strings, I've been using them for years, however, recently I picked up a guitar that's more geared towards heavy metal playing, so I thought I'd get some higher gauge strings for it. I got the Elixir 19077, which are .010-.052 with the Optiweb coating, and my high E just snapped after a few sessions of playing with the guitar. Shame, because for a set of strings that is valued in its longevity, I've had more luck with the 10-52 Ernie balls.

Great tone and playability. Longer lasting than regular strings. Check for optimal pricing. It shouldn’t cost over 1k-1.1k per set. Else, it’s a rip off

Ich finde die Saiten klasse. Sie lassen sich ausgezeichnet spielen und haben einen sehr sehr guten klang. Leider etwas teurer als Ernie ball zb aber trotzdem lohnenswert.
