Google Pixel 8 5G,US Version, 128 GB Obsidian - Unlocked (Renewed)

Alright so I have had this phone since around the second week of December. Everything functions perfectly, no marks or scratches, the phone was in perfect condition and my battery is also very good and usually lasts the whole day and is in around 20 percent once I get home and I use my phone alot when at work and school so take that how you want to. However some problems did occur as when I tried to put a phone service on this phone it kept getting prompted to contact T-Mobile to set up e-sim and T-Mobile was not at all helpful and hanged up multiple times after putting me on hold for an hour. How ever I was able to work around this by scanning the QR code given to me by my phone provider instead to set up a e-sim. One last thing you might want to be informed of is that the camera on the back is very good but the front camera is good but you usually have to have ideal lighting as even in night vision when it seems to be a little dark where you are the camera is blurry. All that being said I recommend this phone to any one looking for a flagship level phone for a low price but be aware of the e-sim having to be worked around.

I purchased this Pixel 8 in Good Condition and understood that, as a renewed device, it might have some minor cosmetic imperfections. The phone itself looked fine and powered on without any issues. However, during the setup process, I was unable to register a fingerprint. The device displayed an error message indicating that the fingerprint sensor was unavailable. After researching the problem, I found that some users have attempted DIY fixes, but doing so could void the warranty on a recently purchased device. Since the fingerprint sensor is an important feature and should work properly out of the box, I decided to return the phone. I wanted to share my experience so potential buyers are aware that this issue may occur with some renewed units.

There was only a very small scratch on the bottom of the screen. The scratch isn't noticeable unless you shine a flashlight on it, so I don't mind. There was also zero burn in or image retention on the screen. Overall, the phone is in perfect condition, with no other cosmetic marks I could find. As with every Google phone, the battery life is great, the screen is bright and clear, and it takes great quality photos. No complaints here. I would purchase another renewed phone again, since the quality of this renewed phone is excellent, just as the listing says.

Review of refurbished Hazel pixel 8 from thegadgetdeals: looks new, acts new. Unlocked. Easy guided setup on Consumer Cellular network. I attempted to use the Esim, but it said I needed to call T-Mobile, so I transferred the SIM card from the old phone and had no troubles. It came with a charger, cable, and the tool to poke out the SIM card.

When I got the phone at first glance the appearance seemed to be in good condition, but when I turned it on the first problem was that it is a Japanese version and not the US version. No big issue there the warranty is out anyway. The next problem tat I noticed was that the phone would randomly show what commonly referred as "the green screen of death" for Android, a widely know issue in pixel 8 but none the less an issue. But that prompted and closer inspection of the phone with a better lighting and you can see that the screen is visibly sunk in in the center. I plan on getting it fixed but it's a major inconvenience to spend another $200 for a phone that was advertised and have minor dings and dents.

Works great and is truly unlocked. The screen has no scratches. The charging port shows noticeable wear, but it functions normally.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my Dad. He wanted a smaller screen, which can be hard to find with modern phones. This Pixel 8 works well. Set up was breeze, which is normal for Android when switching phones. The quality of the phone is flawless even though it comes in a plain brown box. Zero scratches or flaws of any kind. It comes with a Type C to Type C charging cable, but no charging block, which is fine. The battery needed to be charged, as it was at near zero power, but the battery life has been great so far. This is a fast phone with good on-screen color and richness. Very happy with this purchase and no issues so far.

I should have read the reviews before buying. The phone arrived late without any notice and heads up from the seller. When it did arrive, it was not carrier unlocked. OEM mode was not available due to this.

Lo acabo de recibir y en primeras impresiones parece en muy buen estado, sin rasguños visibles. Según la app Device Info muestra 388 ciclos de carga. Incluye cable tipo C, aunque no trae cargador ni herramienta para la SIM. Me funciona con (BAiT). Hasta ahora el rendimiento es bueno, aunque planeo probar más a fondo la pantalla, ya que es un punto que algunos usuarios mencionan en esta generación. En mi caso, por ahora parece una buena compra.

Been using this phone for almost a month now and it's really good. Battery is nice, camera is nice. Only thing it has is a tiny screen dot/air pocket but it's so small can't really see it unless it's off and in the sunlight. Highly suggest this is my first pixel and i am impressed!

Ordered this after my phone was broken. Decided to try an Amazon refreshed phone instead of a cheap new alternative. This pixel 8 was well priced and reviews indicated it would be guaranteed for updates for several years more. Have to say first that the phone worked and looked great. Secondly that I now realize that an older refreshed flagship phone is superior to a cheap entry level phone a few years newer. This phone works so much better than my other one re camera, android auto etc. also has the features like wireless charging that you didn't realize u needed. I also realize now that I prefer smaller phones and it's much easier to get things like cases for a flagship phone. Overall I'm pleased a month out after receiving this phone.
