If the blue light doesn’t turn on—only a red light appears or there’s no light at all—please charge the lock first. **Q: Fingerprint issues?** A: Ensure your fingerprint is registered. Keep your finger and sensor clean, dry, and scratch-free. If your finger is scratched, we recommend registering a new fingerprint. **Q: Touch padlock indicator not lighting up? Or showing a red light?** A: The lock may be out of battery. Please charge it for about 30 minutes before trying again. A red light indicates an unrecognized fingerprint. Please use a registered fingerprint to unlock. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly Excellent / Reliable and Easy to Use *by D***E on October 7, 2025* I honestly thought this would be a gimmick, but it’s been a great purchase. Showing it charging but once we stopped charging, nothing! Steer clear of this brand of lock. We will have to repurchase another one by another company I guess. Unfortunate because we use this for safety purposes for our 3 year old! While it lasted it was great easy to use we set up all our kids fingerprints to it and everyone was able to use it aside from the toddler. Fingerprint recognition was a little finicky but not to bad considering we needed this to keep her safe. Durability not so much obviously we’re 5 months in having to find another option. ## Frequently Bought Together - Fingerprint Cable Lock, Gate Locks for Outdoor Fence with 3.6'' Long Shackle, Smart Keyless Biometric Waterproof Outdoor Bluetooth Lock with Fingerprint for Gate Fence Cabinet Gym Backyard Black - Apple AirPods Pro 2 Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth Headphones, Active Noise Cancellation, Hearing Aid Feature, Transparency, Personalized Spatial Audio, High-Fidelity Sound, H2 Chip, USB-C Charging - Amazon Basics 48-Pack AA Alkaline High-Performance Batteries, 1.5 Volt, 10-Year Shelf Life --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/611808076-fingerprint-cable-lock-3-6-long-shackle-fingerprint-lock-bluetooth](https://www.desertcart.in/products/611808076-fingerprint-cable-lock-3-6-long-shackle-fingerprint-lock-bluetooth) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
