WF-Vacmb Large Capacity Galvanized Steel Locking Post and Column Mount Rust Proof Vacation Mailbox, Black

My neighbor and I each bought one of these. They both had some minor issues with things not being aligned properly and overall fit and finish. Not sure if it was because of poor quality control at the factory, or some minor damage in shipping. It wasn't anything bad enough to return, and after all, they are just mailboxes, but when you pay this much, you expect something a little better!

Great to use while on vacations! Easily converts back to everyday use. Sturdy construction. Would recommend this mailbox!

Item did not come with hardware to mount the post. The item has a locking compartment but no key to lock or unlock it? Interesting.... The item was damaged in shipping... Understand that that is out of the shipper and manufacturers control but it still sucks. Three stars for the missing hardware and key.

We 'hollowed out' an existing brick structure at our curb that had a built in small box. This allows us to be gone a few days and not have to bother our neighbor to get our mail and also provides security from theft which is an ongoing problem. We especially like the option of leaving the mail in the top only (not locked) or having it dropped through to the bottom locked area. Box is well built and sturdy. Should give us many years of good secure service!

This unit was replacing an old mail box that had rusted and was leaking water, I removedthe old mail box and made the opening bigger to fit the new box, cemented the new box in and all went great, new box has been in service for a month now with perfect results

This thing is awesome and we needed something large to hold mail while we are traveling for long periods of time. The only issue we have is that the top front came dented. I’m not sure how it’ll affect the durability in the long run, may rust quicker, but otherwise it’s a perfect deal for the money.
