Will it work from 208V?

Just saw an answer that the unit power supply input voltage is 110Vac to 240Vac.So the factory power supply should work on 208Vac

Does this have ports that will plug and play with a ac infinity airlift shutter exhaust fan?

Sorry no ports....set temp Thermostat on off that's it!!!

What direction do the fan blades run? Does the air flow in or out?

Greetings, it pulls the air out thus blows outward away from the front of the fans.

Does this come with rack mounts?

Yes, it has rack ears built in and is designed for a standard 19" rack. It comes with a variety of screws to mount to different rack types.
