The PVR was less than two years old and I did expect better from its remote. A replacement for the original was nearly Β£30, which I thought was very expensive, particularly given that I couldn't rely on it to last more than 18 months.I ordered a replacement from another seller, but when it arrived the pause button did not work - very irritating. I alerted the seller, who sent a replacement straight away, but when it came the pause button didn't work on that one either! Arrghghghhhh!!Properly annoyed now, I shopped around a bit more, and found this one. Buttons are quite spongy and at first not massively responsive but got better quickly as I used them, and hurray, hurray, the pause button works!! The item arrived quickly and was well packaged and I am very very pleased to be able to operate my PVR again. It takes a while to get used to where the buttons are, but yes! They actually work!!
