DUMOS Twin Over Twin Metal Bunk Bed Frame with Ladder and Guardrail

We originally bought some cheap wooden beds from Walmart which proved to be no match for my rambunctious children. We got two of these bed frames and they are perfect! Easy and quick to assemble. They don’t squeak or anything which was a worry of mine when looking at metal bed frames. Extremely sturdy so these little turds can’t break them. They look nice. And they are an excellent value for the money. I spent a lot more on their old beds which only lasted four or five years, I suspect these will last MUCH longer.

The frame arrived on time. I wish I had checked to make sure it was delivered in "original box only." The Amazon box used to "hide what's inside" was so large. I felt guilty about waste. Anyway the frame was easy to assemble alone. It came with the required tool and all the screws are the same so no complications there. It was very straightforward to put together. It's strong and makes no sounds yet. It's 14inches tall which is good but 16inch or taller would have provided even more storage space. We paired it with a 6inch mattress in a box. Cons is that the mattress can slide around so ordering accessories to prevent that would be needed if the bed is not against the wall. A traditional mattress is heavier so would probably slide less? This seems easy to disassemble if you need to move homes.

Good solid frame! This is a really good deal for the price and the quality. The frame pieces are solid metal and will not bend easily. When you first open the box it might be overwhelming with all the pieces. Don't worry, everything is very well organized and the instructions are written out with good pictures to help you put it together. It honestly took me more time to drink my 16 oz. drink I had than it did to put the frame together. In total time I think it was 15 minutes most with unwrapping all the plastic and laying all the pieces out.1. Just lay all the pieces out on the floor keeping the pieces organized together.2. Assemble the pieces according to the instructions. Take your time if you need too and don't skip over anything.3. Once assembled and put together throw your mattress on top and enjoy!Hope this helps anyone out who is reading this.

Bought for grandkids room. They are ok. But nothing to keep the mattress from sliding around

So, this bed frame is okay. The ease of assembly wasn’t great, I wasn’t able to complete seat one of the screws, and it wouldn’t completely screw in. It left about 1-2 mm sticking out. Height is good. Comfort is fine once mattress is on top. There were no missing parts. However, I have one moderate complaint and one major complaint about the frame. The mattress slides everywhere. I spent an additional $25 on brackets around the frame to keep the mattress in place. So that fixed the mattress issue. But then I discovered the frame itself also slides SUPER easily, which is very annoying. Lastl, the weight limit cannot be correct. I am about 165 and my mattress is 30 pounds. My boyfriend is 200. It’s rated for 600 pounds. I call shenanigans on that one. It’s quite noisy, and the legs are actually warped. We aren’t crazy, if you know what I’m saying. I’m replacing the frame after literally 2 “fun” times, cuz I’m worried about the integrity of the frame.

Easy to put together and take apart. We have 3 of these frames and they all squeak terribly after a few nights. So if you are a wiggly sleeper like my daughter this is not the frame for you. Even just rolling over in bed and the frame squeaks loudly.

This is the 2nd metal bedframe I have purchased. This one was super simple to put together; took less than 20 minutes to assemble. Allen wrench and hardware was included, instructions were by diagram, but seriously, this was so easy to put together, they weren't necessary.It's 14" tall. It has holes at 5" and 7 3/4" (from the bottom) so that you can attach a headboard and footboard with your own hardware.My mattress slid around a bit so I bought a small anti-skid pad for small area rug and laid it on the rails and it's fine now.
