A: 125 mg of sodium per 1 tsp serving or 5%

**Q: Crazy question, can I rub on cooked salon?**
A: Probably can but . I don’t particularly care for it

**Q: Can this rub be used for oven baked salmon?”**
A: Absolutely! Used it last week on some fresh sockeye salmon I brought back from Alaska and it came out delicious, as always. Use it on salmon in the oven, in the pan or on the grill.

**Q: how do you store and how long can you keep the salmon rub?**
A: I store it in the pantry with my other spices.  I have kept it for up to a year (until all of it was used up).
