Quality image and worth the $
Excellent clarity! If you're shopping for a thermal scope, you get what you pay for. I first bought the 19-256 and couldn't see much but this scope is infinitely better! If there is a "cheat sheet" for the buttons, I haven't found it yet. Sure would be nice if there was one. Recently had a skunk in my back yard and the little B crawled into a spare 4" drain pipe I had above ground. This scope saw his heat signature through the corrugated pipe! That skunk is now worm food. Zeroing it in takes some patience and there is a good Youtube video but once you do it several times, the button-pushing becomes almost 2nd nature. I have this thing mounted on a PCP pellet gun and the pellets leave a heat signature after hitting the target which makes zeroing easier. The rats are doomed!!!!

Outstanding
Got the Rattler V2 50-640 Thermal Imaging Scope several weeks ago and waited until testing it up North during the deer season. The scope was outstanding and I was able to even spot the field mices around the bait. The images were clearly defined but unfortunately you could not determine if the deer had horns in the bushes. I am just learning all the features this unit is capable of and just had the basic setting so maybe there is a way to spot the antlers. The only issues I had with the unit is that using it a night tends to reduce your vision temporarily in the using eye and the refreshing rate. Just a learning curve as you can't track your subject as fast as you would with a regular scope. Otherwise a great unit for this price range and I would buy again.

Title: Crystal-Clear Thermal With Pro-Level Features โ Just Priced For The Serious Hunter
Iโve run a lot of thermal scopes, and the AGM Rattler V2 is genuinely top-shelf. The sensor resolution is ridiculous โ you can clearly ID a coyote at 300+ yards, and the zoom holds crisp detail even at max mag. Focus is buttery smooth and locks instantly. What blew my mind? I put my hand flat against a wall 10 feet away, aimed the scope at it, and could see the exact heat bleed of my palm and fingers on the surface โ thatโs how sensitive this unit is. Itโs not just for long-range; close-up thermal detail is wild for scanning brush. You get tons of reticle options, multiple palettes, and the menu is intuitive after 5 minutes. Build quality feels like a tank โ rubberized armor, solid mounting, and zero retention is dead-nuts reliable after rough range sessions. **Pros:** Unreal clarity at all zoom levels; insane thermal sensitivity (hand-print heat on walls); rock-solid zero retention; loaded with reticles/palettes/profiles. **Cons:** Price stings โ itโs an investment, not budget; battery drains faster (4-5 hrs) if you run WiFi/recording โ pack spares. Bottom line: if you can swallow the cost, this is easily top-3 thermal on the market.

Worth every penny!
This was a big money purchase and I have no doubt Iโm getting serious value. The first time I turned it on I was blown away at how the night lit up. Our woods are heavy and thick and even then I could easily see a small animal resting in thick underbrush. The menu is a bit to get used to but once you do it a few times itโs second nature. The functionality is wonderful and I have zero regrets. Battery life leaves a bit to be desired but all in all, I love the USB backup. The clarity is second to none and you wonโt be disappointed!
