Purchased the KATA T50M Pro label maker nearly a year ago for general home use. Over time I’ve been reorganising my clutter and this label maker came in very handy. The sturdy and compact box included 3 different adhesive label shapes suited to this machine. I’ve made use of the large 50x80mm label and the 40x20mm and it is easy enough to switch between label styles when required, just hit the button to repair (really simple). The unit itself is strong and durable. Easy LED buttons for on/off and paring. Nice fine perforator for easy tear-off of printed label, keeping the unit tidy and clean looking. The print quality is better than I would have expected for such a small unit. I’m really pleased with it so far. The ink doesn’t smudge like my sharpie pen I used to use. The label quality is very good. The adhesive is strong yet easily peal-able from the backing paper. The Kata App was quick to download and easy to navigate, even on my old iphone. It paired to my device via bluetooth without error. The included software templates can be used as they are, customised or just to get a feel for what you can do. Suitable images can be uploaded to use on your custom made labels. I found the ship and the bubbles (as seen on the photos I’ve included with this review) with a quick online search, cropped them and then located them through the App easily. The App/printer appears to have an online/offline mode, whereby if you create label templates whilst connected to the switched on printer, they won’t show when you’re using the App alone to design (for printing later). And vice versa, if created in App with printer turned off, they dont show when you turn it on later. They are saved, just not showing. Another thing I noticed with the saved files, different sized label templates only show for the size it was created for, and you have physically inserted in the device. Once I started labelling things I couldn’t stop. Here’s just a few things I’ve labelled amongst others. Household cleaning sprays, Travel toiletries, Travel kits, Special clothing items, Holiday keepsakes, Kitchen ingredients, Treat gift box labels, I will continue to reorganise my life and my mind with the help of this little black box of tidiness, it does everything I need for the tasks in hand. No matter if its glass bottles, cardboard boxes or plastic tubs, I know I will stay sorted and tidy.

I decided to buy a label maker as I've just finished organising and cataloguing my storage unit and wanted to use printed labels as my handwriting sucks. After much research I picked this, primarily because it advertises the software as being subscription free (absolutely true). You can try it without the printer by downloading the Katasymbol app and seeing how you get on. The label maker is brilliant, battery powered, wireless (but can also use via USB with a computer - Mac and Windows!). The device is compact. The label quality is fantastic. When you insert a reel of labels, it already knows the size so you can crack on with making the labels. I found the app to be intuitive but with plenty of options - shapes, graphics, fonts, borders etc all included. You can also add your own images though don't expect much from photos! Can't recommend this enough - I'm really pleased with this purchase. NOTE: These are thermal labels, you cannot attach them to anything that generates high heat (like candles) as they will just darken completely.

Absolutely love this item, its changed our branding and given a true professional look. The only thing I would have to say, is the little handle to open the case to change the reel for different size labels, is so flimsy, it snapped within and hour of me having the machine. However, it can still be opened by hand, so not the end of the world and I am so busy using it, that I couldn't waste time sending it back. A thin blade, happily lifts the lid. So, can't give 5 star, which I wanted to do, as the actual results of the machine are amazing. Please change the quality of the handle

The label maker is perfect for my needs, it is easy to use and produces clear and well made label, I originally bought this so I could label my drone’s registration on it but this label maker is also great for labelling presents and items in my home too, happy to recommend it.

Came on time and surprisingly very simple to use. The app is very easy to download. I had no issues with the connection by Bluetooth via the mobile phone. Its small and very lightweight, it comes with a charge cable and a roll of printable stickers. Overall, very impressed with the unit.

This seems fabulous at first glance however please note that the App required to actually print the labels stopped working back in October 2025 as such rendering this product useless.

Opladen, en direct aan de slag. Het apparaat werkt goed. Zou alleen een tweede led moeten hebben als je hem aan hebt staan en aan de lader. Dan zie je alleen het rode lampje. Verder print hij gewoon goed. De letters zijn, wat uitvergroot, pixelachtig. Maar gewoon gord leesbaar. De etiketten glanzen mooi en zijn van goede kwaliteit. Plakken goed.
