Are they easy to swallow? Are the capsules?

I do use these. They are not capsules, but I don't have any problems swallowing them. My multivitamin is twice as big :)

Keep in refrigerator? i live in a very humid house, no a/c. different brand deteriorated before expiration date.

It won't hurt it to be refrigerated
