I am a UK size 7 what size should i order? There does not appear to be a sizing guide

I am size 8 and I have been using the regular with size 9 mares diving shoes and there is about a 1,5- 2cm space left from the tip of my toes. They feel very comfortable and are excellent for swimming against currents.
