I have tons of different products from this line that I love but this is my new secret weapon a few weeks of use and my fine lines are smooth deep wrinkles are mild and my texture is smooth. I'm looking glow and tightened. The price on Amazon was better than the website and it seriously works! I pair it with a few moisturizers and haven't found a bad combo yet. Get this bad boy!

I think this is a nice serum; it's gentle, lightweight, non-greasy, and you don't need a lot to get good coverage. It smells nice; I'm not sure how to describe the scent exactly, but I find it pleasant. It feels soothing and hydrating and it does seem to give me a little more of a "glow". I can't say I noticed much more than that, but I have enjoyed using it regardless. Even though I like this serum, I do wish it was cheaper so it would be more affordable- as it is, I would never pay that much for something like this. Overall, it's a good, gentle serum that hydrates skin, but I think the price is too high for what it is.

While this isn’t exactly a budget product, it is overall a very nice, well formulated, gentle, sensitive skin friendly option for a retinol with skin exfoliating acids. It’s fragrance free, has no odor at all to it and I would consider it sensitive skin friendly. It does have several skin exfoliating acids in an AHA, BHA, PHA formula, yet it is quite gentle overall. It comes in a 1 oz sized pump bottle with a protective cap. The bottle is tinted green so that it keeps the light out and protects the formula from light degradation. The pump style top of the bottle protects the formula both from air and bacteria. Note that on initial use, you will need to look at the top of the bottle on the pump and see the arrows for open and closed and rotate the top of the pump toward open vs closed (on or off), or you won’t be able to use it. You rotate the entire pump toward on (which is open), not the bottle itself. I had to pump it twice to prime the pump. You’ll only need one pump for your whole face as a little goes a long way. The ingredients are printed on the bottle but not in English, for the English translation of the ingredients you’ll have to refer to the manufacturer’s site or the outer carton, not the bottle itself. I would consider it sensitive skin friendly as it’s fragrance free, essential oil free, alcohol free and free of generally irritating ingredients. The formula is rated as vegan friendly and plant based. Standout ingredients are fermented algae, retinol, salicylic and glycolic acid. With these ingredients you won’t want to double up with say a toner, serum or moisturizer with the same ingredients or acids, or it could be irritating. You also want to be sure wear a sunscreen (this is not a SPF product) if you use those ingredients in this or any other product with exfoliating acids. I did not find it irritating on my sensitive skin and didn’t have any burning, itching, redness or irritation. It has no fragrance or odor at all and I would consider it both sensitive skin friendly and safe for those sensitive to scents. However, with the AHA, BHA and PHA exfoliating acids, those with very sensitive will have to still use caution. I have very sensitive, reactive skin, and if I can tolerate it, most people should be able to. If you have irritation, you may need to use it every other day. I didn’t find it irritating, but some exfoliating acids can be irritating and use every other day can be tolerated at times where daily use can’t be. This one I think is gentle enough to be fine for daily use. I would use this over a liquid toner or spray, serum drops as a layer over (or in place of) a serum but under a moisturizer cream or lotion. If your skin is dry, you may not need a layer of moisturizer over it. But for most people with normal to dry skin, you’d want a heavier lotion or cream formula over it, as it’s quite light on the moisture. It could work in place of serum drops or over them. Even if you don’t use a liquid toner, spray or serum under it, you’ll want to likely use a heavier lotion or cream over it if your skin is normal to dry. The formula is medium weight, not a thin liquid nor is it a gel or cream. It’s more between liquid and gel in constancy and weight. One pump is all you need for your entire face and it does spread across your skin well. I didn’t notice any sticky feeling and it’s not greasy or heavy on the skin and is lightweight. The color is dye free, and has a slightly pale lemon tone to it (see the listing pictures, it shows the color). It’s a well formulated product and I do like it, however it must be noted that it’s not exactly a budget friendly pick and is on the pricey side. I do like it, but I’m not sure if I like it enough for the higher price per ounce, as there are other similar products that I like that are a better value per ounce. I do wish it were more budget friendly, though it is gentle and well formulated.

Perfection

At first opening, this is a very nice bottle. The top is a gentle pump that you have to initially twist to get it to work. The serum comes out as a gel, not a lotion, as it is clear. It's also a weird color of brownish orange, which is pretty offputting for something you want to rub on your face. I'm guessing that is due to the "natural plant-based ingredients", which I didn't really read the list of all the ingredients included in the box. When I applied it, I didn't just pump it on my face like the silly pictures show, that alone is pretty ridiculous. I pumped a small amount from one pump onto my fingertips then massaged it into my forehead and temples, then spread it across my upper cheeks under my eyes and nose. It took around a minute for it to fully absorb before I applied my face lotion. After using for 2 days, my forehead does seem to feel a bit smoother. I plan on using this for the entire month to see how it works. I am going to take a picture of my forehead today and compare to when the bottle is gone, to see if there is any noticeable difference. Then again after another month or two to see if my forehead goes back to where it was before using. I'll update in a few months.
