THERE IS ANOTHER STYLE OF VIOLENCE: "GANGSTERS:" RAFT, CAGNEY, BOGART, ROBINSON, MUNI, AND OTHERS; ALL WATCHABLE WITHOUT A RATING OF "R". THIS MOVIE HAS A DIFFERENT VIOLENCE: IT'S CALLED "BRUTALITY." TAKE THE FIGHT SCENE IN THE GARAGE; THAT WAS SENSATIONAL AND BRUTAL. ENJOY YOUR FILMS: I DO... ### ⭐⭐⭐ Movies by Joe Don Baker are always worth seeing *by F***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 1, 2019* I'm a serious fan of Joe Don Baker because this actor takes his work seriously always. Framed (1975) was a new film for me so I wanted to see it at all cost. The trailer was very promising with a couple openly violent and sadistic scenes which showed Joe Don Baker at his best. Unfortunately, to my disappointment there isn't much more in the film it self and you start wondering was it really worth getting this DVD which costed me not less than some 50 euros. This high cost for me is explained by the fact that Framed is available only for region 1 and with mailing cost I had to pay something like 20 euros to get it. As my present DVD player shows movies for region 2 only, I bought a new player which covers all regions there are. So I paid in total something like 50 euros. Now that I'm cooled down I'm not anymore so disappointed because I was able to watch Framed and I probably watch it again one of these days. After all, there only one Joe Don Baker and in my opinion he gets much more out of even his tiniest roles than, say, Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ one of Baker's best *by I***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 12, 2020* Despite having the same major players as "Walking Tall", this film is more palatable, since it's not based in reality.Baker is excellent, fans of the genre should like it.
