Apple (Refurbished) iPhone 12 (64GB) - Black

Was a bad quality product and was having bug in the phone with blue light appears mid of the screen and every 30minute with it switches off with blue light and I booked return and they collected back the device.

Worst experience. Sim slot is not working. Battery backup is also not good. It's a total scam. Amazon is not a good application as it doesn't satisfy the user.

Pretty good for a refurbished, but the battery is already at MAX 80% after 1 week of use... Will have to replace $$$

purchased an iPhone 12 from this seller through Amazon. Upon receiving it, I discovered that the rear camera does not focus properly in Photo mode and makes a clicking sound, which indicates a hardware problem with the camera. Video mode works, but normal photos are blurry at regular distances. This is a serious defect and makes the device unusable for photography. The seller did not disclose this issue before the sale. I had to return the device immediately.

I don’t know what to say I honestly don't like to put reviews but I think I just want to raise awareness not only as a consumer but this is a reminder to the seller as well.The item that I bought comes from the hard earn money I decided to buy something that my niece really want even you have a tight budget as you really believe that item is good and gave your niece happiness.However I bought Iphone 12(1,230 AED.)As I receieved it I was over the moon but the horror moment appear when I check the phone the camera is not working and the sad part if you hold it you get electricity from the phone and gives a loud whizzzzz sounds coming from the phone it is scary.Please seller when costumer give trust in your product please give a good product.I did returned my item but did not hear anything from seller nor amazon yet the status of my return item “says the seller accept the return item”then what will happen why refund is not given yet or why no info. What will happen next…for buyer at last choose wisely if possible buy the item in person not in online, use your hard earn money wisely.

Phone worked, barely - very hard to text , keyboard did not function very well; battery only lasted a few hrs -I will not buy from this seller again, terrible product

المنتج غير سليم، لا يعمل Apple Pay و لا يعمل GPS و خرائط جوجل ماب لاتعمل و ايضا انتنا شبكة Wifi ضعيفة جدا و البطارية ايضا ضعيفة جدا

والله الجوال كويس بس فيها لاج في وسط الشاشه لكنه كويس الحمد لله

السلام عليكم، اشتريت هذا الجوال من أمازون قبل شهرين تقريبًا، وواجهت مشاكل فيه. انكسر من الخلف رغم أني ما طيحته وكان عليه كفر، والبطارية تخلص بسرعة جدًا. واضح أنه فيه عيب مصنعي، وأبغى استبدال أو تصليح على الضمان. أتمنى تفيدوني بالإجراءات، شكرًا
