Highly recommend!
I love this microphone! It is so nice and the sound quality just straight out of the box is really great but if you pair it with a road caster duo or pro and use the SM7B setting you're going to have even better audio. I will say even though you can use this as a USB or XLR it does not come with the XLR cable which is what I am currently using. I did go ahead and buy the Rode cable for it to run it through my rodcaster Duo. I do love the USB functionality it works really great but I wanted to be able to add a little bit more modification to it without having to push a lot of different buttons and everything so I'm running it through the duo. It is really easy to use in either of those circumstances. Whether you're using it with an interface or just straight into the USB on the computer it's super easy to use. Shure is a real high quality product and it shows in every single way with this microphone. Connectivity is great and it doesn't weigh a ton like some other microphones like the pod mic USB. That thing feels like it weighs 10 lb compared to this one. Also the sound on this one is way better than the pod Mic USB. If you have to go with one of those I would go with this one. This one also lends to a bunch more different options like getting the XLR cable and running it through an interface so I feel like you have a lot of really good options with this one. Just know that if you are going to run it through an interface you have to use an XLR cable. If it is a roadcaster Duo or pro 2. They do not allow you to use a USB cable in less it is a Rode USB product. I feel like this particular mic sounds good both ways though. So it just is a matter of preference and what you are recording through. You can very easily record through ecamm live and still have high quality sound to go with your video but I chose to run it through the Duo because I can set the SmartPads to do things for me without having to set up a bunch of stuff. I think there is a way in ecamm set some scenes to do stuff automatically so you don't have to do as many button presses or clicks with the mouse which is what I really hate hearing if you are trying to record something for a podcast or a tutorial video or something like that no one really wants to hear a bunch of mouse clicking and stuff while you were doing your intro or your outro or adding clips of stuff in. So that's why I like running it through the duo because that takes all of that out of play. I have to see if there's a way to do all of that stuff through ecam automatically but so far I don't know how to do that. I'd say this is a solid winner and it is going to be a microphone that will grow with you and will always have really good quality sound pretty much no matter what your environment is. You're not going to have to do a ton of crazy soundproofing in order to get really good quality sound which is another thing that is really nice about this mic. You don't really want to be putting a million soundboards and everything all over your nice looking office if you want the space to be dual purpose. So this provides a good option so you don't have to spend all that money on soundboards because the microphone does the job of taking care of those flatter spaces and everything for you.

Twitch Streamer Upgraded from the MV6 to the MV7+ and I'm glad I did!!
Great Microphone so far! I Stream on Twitch and I started out with the Fifine AM8T but it was really bad so I returned it and bought the Shure MV6 and used it for awhile but I didn't like the sound of my voice which is a common thing for people. The MV6 was acceptable quality don't get me wrong but my voice is bass heavy and sometimes it would rumble and you couldn't tell what I was saying ( my voice was the issue not the mic ). So finally I decided to return the MV6 and go to the next step up which was the MV7+ and yes it's more expensive but for me it was worth it. Right out of the box it sounded way better in my opinion. It looks better and more professional to me. A little heavy but build quality is great so that's probably why. I'm using the USB-C and functions well and if I decide to upgrade to XLR input later its versatile in that regard. I've only had it for a couple hours so if I need to address issues or something I will try to update my review. If you have the money and want a really good mic and dont want to spend $400+ on the sm7b+ a audio interface this is the mic for you.

Great Buy!
I am thrilled with this microphone. Here is a soundcheck screen recording so you can hear the sound quality. I really like the sound quality, and there are a few options for you to switch things up to your liking. The customizable microphone lighting is a great touch that makes it your own and can align nicely with your brand and/or style. It was easy to connect and get started. I downloaded the app to my Mac and plugged in the cord. It was an easy setup and their app can easily replace Audacity if that's what you'd like. It seems well made and durable but I just got it so I am hoping and believing that's the case and it will last. It has great features that make it easy to use. Ease is important to me because I don't have a whole crew to make this work, it's just me and Jesus. The least complicated, the better. I think it may be a step above the rest and from the sound of things it will definitely upgrade the quality of my podcasts which is my main goal. Overall, I highly recommend!

(Gifted) My friend loves it!
Gifted to a friend to improve her streaming quality and she absolutely loves it! Especially as a PNGtuber where audio needs to be clean and crisp for viewers. Love that itโs versatile between USB-C and XLR which made it easy to set up. Comes with a free app if you want to filter it more but personally, she loves how well it sounds without adjusting anything! Appearance is cute and the LED is customizable.

Best professional mic Iโve used for the price
This mic has amazing sound. I play music and make YouTube videos. Itโs perfect for what I do. Itโs really versatile. I love that it plugs directly into my Mac from a USB-C. It also has an XLR hookup if you want to run it with an interface. It has a touch strip for muting, which is cool. Very light, but durable. It gives that professional podcast or steamer look. If youโre looking for a reliable mic with studio quality sound, this is the mic for you. Check it out in action @ Echo Reacts on YoootoooB

Great mic overall, but speaker users may still need extra noise cleanup
Overall, the Shure MV7+ is a great microphone. The sound quality is clean, it feels well-built, and I like having both USB-C and XLR options depending on how I want to use it. For streaming, calls, and recording, itโs a big step up from a basic mic. The only downside for my setup is noise isolation. I use speakers instead of headphones, and I do wish the mic rejected background sound and speaker bleed a little better. Iโm using NVIDIA Broadcast to help clean it up, and that definitely improves things, but itโs still not perfect. For most people, especially if you use headphones, this probably wonโt be much of an issue. In my case, itโs still a very good mic, just not quite flawless for a speaker-based setup.

Shure MV7+ Podcast Dynamic Microphone Review
The Shure MV7+ Podcast Dynamic Microphone is nothing short of impressive. This mic is amazingly clear and extremely easy to use, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and seasoned professionals. Thanks to the intuitive Motiv software, Iโve been able to fine-tune the microphone perfectly for my daily Teams meetings at work, ensuring my voice always comes through with unmatched clarity. I have the mic connected via USB-C, which adds to its plug-and-play simplicityโtruly a breeze for my everyday functions. However, its high sensitivity to sounds means I find myself adjusting settings a bit more often than I did with my previous Yeti Blue mic. Still, the improvement in sound quality is undeniable. The mic captures my voice flawlessly with no feedback, whether itโs positioned above, besides, or below my speaking range. One minor adjustment for me was getting used to the mute button being a touch sensor on the front of the micโitโs perfectly positioned, but just a new habit to build. Overall, I highly recommend the Shure MV7+ for podcasting, Teams, Slack, or any other purpose where audio quality matters. Itโs a fantastic investment for anyone looking to elevate their sound experience.
