Bad Product. Started malfunctioning in just 5 days
The product looked good and functioned well on unboxing on August 11, 2026. The sound quality was rather loud and robust for its small size. It paired with my devices flawlessly. Yet on day 5, August 16, 2026, the speaker started saying "Low Battery" every 60 seconds. I tried every which way but it did not stop and went through the night. This morning, I searched on the web and tried to address the issue. There is no factory reset mode. The web gives different options, including from Zebronics. None of them worked and the voice alert continues non stop. I called Amazon and returned the product. In just 6 days.

It’s too cute, portable, can fit even in a pocket. Sound quality is not premium but for this price I guess it’s worth it.

Replaced my order
Wost experience ever.even i dont want to give any star waste product I purchase this year..i gave 5 star so only they show this review on the top row...i thought zebronics is worth the hype but it total waste... It took 2-3 hours for charging after charge I try to connect to my phone via Bluetooth the indication sound is not audible.. I try it multiple times even I also try to increase the volume but it says max volume even my phone volume is better than this waste product.. There is no refund policy only you can return the product.. I applied for replacement let's check how the upcoming product works.. For Amazon please check the product multiple times before proceeding for dispatch.. Worst experience ever... I update once I get the product and update working of the replaced product.. Please Amazon and zebronics take this in concern
