I love these! More protein and fiber and lower calorie than regular pasta. Plus the added nutrients derived from veggie sources!! Don't worry..no one will notice! Most importantly...they taste great and the texture is the same as regular flour pasta!! Great quality and a crazy great price!

Only pasta I eat now! I am very picky about pasta, so I was sceptical, but it tastes just like traditional white pasta! I don’t notice a difference and neither do my boyfriend or family! So delicious and so much healthier than regular pasta! I like to eat it with butter, cheese, and spinach. It also makes very good homemade mac n cheese!

This pasta is an easy swap to up fiber and protein in meals. There is no noticeable texture or taste difference compared to traditional pasta and my whole family loves it!

Scrumptious. We tried SO many pasta alternatives until we got to goodles - they're delicious, I feel better about feeding my kids pasta for several nights in a row with the high protein content, and they're good for the whole family! I feel better eating these as opposed to standard noodles and the taste difference is non-existant. Love the texture and overall experience of switching to goodles!

We use this for homemade Mac and cheese because it’s lower carb, higher fiber, and higher protein. I’ve used so many of these kinds of noodles over the years, but these by FAR have the best texture and flavor. In my opinion, it’s virtually identical to regular pasta. Delicious.
