ECCO St.1 Hybrid Plain Toe Tie

I bought these shoes 10 months ago and wanted to wait before writing a review. These shoes are solidly made and still look new after 10 months of constant use. I’ve even had people ask me about them. They don’t just look good, they feel great and are extremely comfortable to wear.

These fit and feel great. Ecco use to be my go to. as they got bigger and changed countries for mfg. I noticed changes to the fit and feel and got away form them. I am very picky when it comes to shoes. I need a bit of a heel lift to reduce stress on the knees and hips. I was hesitant on trying these. I'm glad I did, Extremely Happy! took stress off my Feet, Knees and Hips. I can were them all day, the more I walk the more comfortable they are. I have purchased the cognac and black pair. Cognac and Brown are the same shoe, the Black pair is a bit different. Fits and feel is good. but the black pair is a bit tighter. The black pair is a slightly different upper toe design.

These shoes are incredible. So comfortable! My first set lasted 5 years and I only replaced them with the same shoe because the exterior was starting to look a little weathered/worn, but the shoe still had years of life to go.

I'm writing this review before I have actually worn the shoes. I'm trying to help someone else who may wear a size 10. These shoes don't come in a 10, but a 10-10.5. They look great, and seem to be a quality shoe, but they are 1/2 size too large for my foot. If you wear a 10.5, they will probably fit perfectly.

The shoes themselves I really like. They look good and are comfortable. They are a good shoe to go to work as business casual. My only issue is that on some tile floors that are waxed and shiny, the shoes squeak. It's not a subtle squeak either which is annoying and somewhat embarrassing since I only wear them at work. The shoes are only a couple days old so I'm hoping that as the soles wear in a bit, that will alleviate the issue.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet… I’m wearing them with ‘Smartwool Men's Nordic Targeted Cushion Crew’ socks because my heel was sliding up and down with cotton socks. I took them to a cobbler to waterproof and wax them and I’m keeping cedar shoe trees in them as soon as I take them off.

Very uncomfortable. I have had many Ecco’s and these have been the only bad ones. Figured they just needed to be broken in. But that didn’t work.

Excellent semi dress shoe for comfort and support for anyone standing/ walking all day.

As expected from Ecco! This shoe has the best quality and highly recommended!

Scarpe eccezionali. Versatili, adatte a tantissime occasioni, dallo sportivo all’elegante. Ammortizzazione del tallone, aderenza, avvolgimento del piede straordinari. Scarpe stabili, ottimo supporto per l’arco plantare. In pelle, leggere.

My first Ecco shoes. Comfort for office, they seem to be very well made, the shoe looks definitely worth the money. Note, usually, I wear 49, ordered 48 based on reviews about sizing and it was a good move. They run bigger then usual sizing.

La pelle e la parte superiore della scarpa sono belle, avrei preferito una terza fila di lacci invece che solo due per personalizzare la calzata. La suola è molto alta e sicuramente morbida, cercavo un qualcosa che può ammortizzare bene ed in effetti questa scarpa riesce ad essere elegante sopra ma con una midsole quasi da Scarpa da Running e una outsole di gomma che sembra ideale per terreni bagnati o con poco grip. È made in China e io l’ho comprata in sconto a circa 110 €. I difetti sono intanto che la misura 45 viene pubblicizzata come 29 cm ed invece come potete vedere dalla foto la suola interna misura 30,1 cm ed è quindi troppo grande. Non ci sono le mezze misure Per cui ho ordinato la 44 che si è rivelata corretta. La scarpa è troppo pesante, 550 g. Inoltre una delle due scarpe come si vede dalla foto ha l’inserto marroncino sbavato di nero, E meno male che dentro c’è un adesivo con scritto controllo di qualità passato. Invito pertanto il produttore ad inserire le mezze misure, lavorare per quanto possibile sulla riduzione del peso e migliorare il controllo qualità. Disegno laterale della Midsole inoltre mi sembra poco elegante, soprattutto il logo, servirebbe qualcosa senza le onde e la scritta.

I use this shoes to work in hospitality. They're extremely comfy and supportive. It feels wearing sneakers with leather top. They fit a bit larger, I'm a us11 but I bought a 10-10,5us.
