I bought this dock for my Steam Deck so I could keep it on my desk connected to a gaming monitor, while also having a convenient place to drop it in and charge when it’s not in use. I’ve had a few UGREEN products before and have always found the build quality to be very good, so I hoped this would be a solid option at a lower price than the official dock. Thankfully, it didn’t disappoint. The dock looks great and feels sturdy, with a nice solid construction rather than cheap, flimsy plastic. It fits nicely into my desk setup and looks quite sleek. Setup was very straightforward. I used an HDMI cable I already owned to connect it to my monitor and it worked immediately. The dock charges the Steam Deck well and I’ve had no connection issues when using it. The Deck sits nicely in the dock and the overall design works well for a desk setup. When not in use, the stand folds down into a neat rectangular shape, which helps keep the desk looking tidy. It’s also quite versatile as the attached USB-C cable means it could easily be used as a charging dock for phones or other USB-C devices as well. Considering this costs roughly half the price of the official Steam Deck dock, I think it’s a great budget alternative that still feels well-made and reliable.

bought this for my steamdeck (and ipad) and it works great. to allow it to charge while playing, plug your steamdeck charger into a plug socket then connect it to the charging usb-c port on the dock. the small cable provided is for the display port (and your steamdeck). setting up is simple and intuitive. for the money, it's amazing and is almost better than the official docking station given its versatility. as for charging speed, it's great and does its job. the display it puts on my tv is great, no issues there. the design of the dock itself doesn't block the fans of the steamdeck and it fitted with silicone grips to keep everything in place.

This dock is a fantastic accessory for the Lenovo Legion Go. The build quality feels solid, and the range of ports (HDMI, USB-C, USB-A, Ethernet, etc.) makes it incredibly versatile. It handles 4K output smoothly and charges the Deck reliably while in use. Compact design means it doesn’t take up much space, and setup is plug-and-play. The only minor downside is that the cable could be a bit longer, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, an excellent docking solution that’s well worth the price.

​I have a gaming setup at home that is, frankly, rather absurd. I stream games from my high-end PC via Moonlight directly to my Steam Deck, which is then piped through this UGREEN dock into a massive 4K projector. It is an over-engineered marvel of modern entertainment that would make a NASA technician nod in quiet approval. And at the absolute center of this ridiculous operation sits this little 6-in-1 dock. ​Now, getting everything plugged into it is a bit of an ordeal. The ports are clustered together, and trying to wrestle all your high-end HDMI cables, power leads, and peripherals into their correct slots feels exactly like trying to pack an angry, wriggling octopus into a small string bag. It requires some proper physical effort and a fair amount of muttering under your breath. ​But once you tame the wires and get everything sorted... mother of God, it is an experience. ​The output is flawless. Watching PC games streamed across the house and blasted onto a giant projector screen via this dock is an absolute sight to behold. It doesn't stutter, it doesn't drop frames, and it handles the bandwidth with total ease. It is pure, unadulterated graphical glory. ​The unit itself is a lovely bit of kit. It’s made of proper, honest-to-God metal, giving it a sturdy, durable weight that means it won't slide off your desk the moment a cable nudges it. For the price, the value for money is exceptional. ​But where UGREEN has shown real genius is the connecting wire. On most cheap docks, the little cable that plugs into the top of your Steam Deck is permanently fused to the chassis. If that wire frays or breaks, your entire dock becomes completely useless. But on this one, it uses a separate mini-cable. If it breaks, you don't have to throw away the whole machine; you simply replace the cheap wire. It’s like being able to swap a worn-out tire instead of having to buy a whole new car. ​It is robust, it is brilliant, and the performance is spectacular. If you can handle a few minutes of cable wrestling, it is highly recommended.

I am incredibly impressed with this UGREEN 6-in-1 dock. It costs half the price of the original Steam dock and yet looks far more expensive with its sleek design. Having the ability to link my Steam Deck to a TV while travelling is a complete game changer! It’s reliable, compact, and just works. If you are on the fence, skip the official one and buy this instead. Highly recommended.

great multi device dock. I have used it with my Steam Deck as designed. Initially when I tried with a Chromebook - Lenovo Duet3 I could not get the video to pass through to the monitor. However, I removed the power from the dock and put it direct into the Duet3, with it then powering the dock and that now works too. So overall a great device and priced well (especially if using for a Steam deck, which is 2x price)

DO NOT BUY FOR LEGION GO 2!!!! The adjustable backrest just happens to entirely cover up the inlet fan for the legion go 2 device, this results in the console overheating even when playing simple games. In fact you can hear the fan working extra loud even during idling. Such a great design, all the ports work, just a shame the item has built around the adjustable docking system which just happens to block the inlet for this specific console.

This dock works equally well with my Steam Deck and my Nintendo Switch, bringing both machines to my 85" TV and giving me endless hours of gaming. The quality is obviously variable on the Steam Deck, but that's due to the varying games and settings; if you get them right, it looks great. This was a great purchase, and I'm very glad of it. The whole thing is made of metal, and it feels extremely sturdy and has enough connections to accommodate anything I might want from it. I also connected a NACOM dongle for a remote game pad, and it worked instantly. Great stuff!

J'utilise ce dock UGREEN depuis une dizaine de jours avec mon setup portable, et ce qui me frappe, c'est la stabilité. J'ai branché mon écran 4K, mon clavier, ma souris, un disque dur externe et le câble Ethernet, et tout roule sans aucun lag. Ce que j'apprécie vraiment : La qualité de fabrication : Le boîtier est en aluminium brossé, ce qui est non seulement joli, mais ça aide surtout à évacuer la chaleur. Même avec plusieurs périphériques branchés, il reste tiède, jamais brûlant. Le port Ethernet : C'est devenu rare sur les hubs, mais celui-là est super performant. J'ai retrouvé ma fibre à 1 Gbps sans perte, ce qui change la vie par rapport au Wi-Fi instable. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. UGREEN confirme encore une fois qu'ils sont sérieux sur les accessoires. Si vous voulez transformer votre ordi portable/Steam Deck/ROG Ally en vrai PC de bureau en un seul branchement, c'est l'outil parfait.
