I bought this in late December/early January but didn’t open it until February because my family was dealing with a loss. When I finally opened it, the item was clearly used—it was not new as advertised. The scanning quality is terrible. I paid a significant amount for a scanner to share documents with clients, but the scans show page edges, and the machine frequently jams. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times since early February and still haven’t received a response. Initially, they pointed to the 30-day return policy. I explained the situation and why I didn’t reach out until about 45 days after purchase. They said they would check with the manufacturer and follow up—but it’s now April, and I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and performs poorly.
