I have tried a few brands and flavors of gummy mushrooms. I like how I feel when I add mushrooms to my supplements. They help my body in many ways; gut help, less inflammation etc. but the best thing is that they help my brain and memory. I don’t have severe problems, but the general getting old, don’t recall names or places names very quickly (in my 60’s). For me the best thing is that I love the flavor. Raspberry is my favorite flavor but most added flavors just taste like chemicals to me. These taste like raspberries. My second issue with gummies is that they are sticky with granulated sugar coating the outside. These are smooth and not sticky. They are delicious. I take them daily. My husband usually takes them when he is getting tired from a long day, and he pops a couple of gummies for an afternoon boost.

I hate mushrooms but mushrooms as candy.. now that is something i can get behind. I don't rate 5 starts unless its something i have found that helps me in a profound way. 4 stars. no after taste and its pretty cheap too..

Would be a 5 but they've gotten to expensive. I have loved this for awhile now, but the price just keeps going up, gonna move on to other brands that are not overpriced.
