Falsches Futter bestellt und Rückgabe nicht möglich
Der Hersteller ist super, unser Kater frisst das Futter sehr gut. Das Hundegutter irrtümlich bestellt und ist nicht zurück zusenden und in Katzenfutter zutauschen. Sehr sehr schade, dass der Hersteller eine Rückgabe ausschließt

Ottime, il mio jack soffre di allergia al pollo e sono tra le poche senza grasso di pollo tra gli ingredienti!

Ho provato queste crocchette e devo dire che il mio cucciolo le divora in un attimo. Peccato che da quando uso queste crocchette è aumentata un po' la lacrimazione ma credo che non sia dovuto alle crocchette ma soprattutto alla genetica del cane, cambierò ingredienti delle crocchette quando diventerà adulto e il problema si dovrebbe risolvere. 4 stelle soprattutto per il packaging non idoneo al trasporto di alimenti per cani e il venditore tuttavia è stata avvisato e prenderà provvedimenti per le successive spedizioni.
