I use it with a 14-gallon tank to fuel my generator, and it’s made the whole process much easier and less stressful. One of the biggest benefits is the peace of mind it gives me—especially knowing my wife can safely refuel the generator if I’m not around.The automatic shut-off feature is a standout, particularly during late-night refueling. The audible beep when the tank is full is a simple but very helpful touch that prevents overfilling. I currently have it connected to an old battery from a previous generator, but it can also be hooked directly to a generator’s battery (as long as it has one), which adds flexibility.While the price is on the higher side, I feel it’s been worth it so far for the convenience and added safety. We bring out 2x14 gallon gravity fed tanks with us. Prior to having this pump we had to elevate the tank to be above the fill neck on our cars, which was a real pain in the butt, especially since they weigh over 100 lbs when full. This has made our refueling process far easer. Tanks stay in the truck, we just flip them upright and start pumping. Flow rate is strong and the auto stop feature is a nice benefit but isn't 100% reliable, so monitoring is still necessary, but you don't have to stand there with your hand on the pump the whole time.
