Taste was good, gummies don't stick together in the container, seam to work good. I only take one a day and it helps ny digestion well

For being fiber gummies they taste really good. You do have to take 4 a day to keep up with the dosage to get the 10 g of fiber but they are easy to take. They can be hard to get out of the bottle when it gets to the bottom since they stick together very well. I do notice a difference on the days that I take these compared to if I forget.

These were great — healthy ingredients and high dose that could be divided. Nice flavor even though we aren't fond of berry. Chewed easier than we expected with teeth loosening a bit in old age (but the gummies still were a bit too solid and suctiony). Swallowed easier than we expected with dysphagia (but still, small chewed pieces confused back of throat). BUT, we were surprised by symptoms worsening — constipation kept getting worse, and stomach got upset and started dumping meals straight into intestines within an hour. We think we are allergic to the chicory root (latex and ragweed pollen cross-reactivity), and to the common household mold that almost all enzymes are “grown” on (allergy info from medical websites, not just blogs). So, going back to single-ingredient powders. Thank you for making a good product.

Had knee surgery and the pain meds really stop up the flow of things. These fiber gummies worked their magic and all was good 😊 Tastes great to boot!

Two packs of 60 for $30 sounds like a lot considering you're (supposedly) getting 10g of fiber per serving, but you need to take FOUR of them daily for that. So it's $30 for 30 days. And of course it is listed as non-returnable/non-refundable, so stupid me for not reading all the fine print. This seems like a terrible value considering all of the options out there. They taste fine, I guess, and I like the lack of sugar that is present in many other gummies. But this double or triple the price of many options out there for gummies, let alone dissolvable inulin fiber (which is what is in these).

Easiest to add some extra fibers in your diet. I eat lots of fruits and veggies and track my nutrients. I am trying to up my fiber and protein intake and this is in an easy way when I can eat more.

I'm not going to lie, after receiving these I am slightly skeptical. I haven't been taking them long enough yet to tell if they are working, but I will detail my skepticism: #1 typos and formatting errors in the listing graphic and some on the container, not a big deal but was sort of my first "hmmmm" moment. Almost like it was just slapped together with very little proofreading. #2 claims to be free of any synthetic colors. It lists organic annatto as the source of it's vivid blue tongue-staining color. Annatto is orange, not blue. I would really like to know how they are getting such a vivid blue from annatto? And if they are being deceptive about the coloring what else are they being deceptive about?? #3 when I googled the company name the 2nd link to pop up is "fakespot[dot]com" which I'd never heard of before but curiously clicked on. They gave the listing a poor review for not having authentic reviews. So with all of that being said, I'm not sure how good these are actually going to be for my digestive health - I will most definitely update after using them for a while, and if they are working I will most certainly know because I have been having some digestive issues that are greatly helped with increased fiber. As far as the gummies go, they don't smell that great but they do taste good. I'm hoping they truly are sugar free, they don't have any weird alternative sweetener aftertaste to them. They are a little chewy but not anything I can't live with. I was in search of a fiber supplement that was sweetened with monk fruit because I had been taking sugar free metamucil but it has maltodextrin. Being pre diabetic, having some digestion issues, and in need of losing a few pounds, I have been doing keto and the metamucil would knock me out of ketosis. When I would take metamucil you can absolutely tell you've taken fiber, you can feel it. It makes you feel kind of bloated and it really delivers on the other end of things if you know what I mean. After taking 4 of these gummies I've noticed none of that fiber-feeling. Further usage will be needed to form a better opinion. I hate to review something I haven't used for that long, but the annatto coloring really has me scratching my head, wondering if these are truly what they claim. There is no "natural" coloring that can produce this vivid shade of blue, so it begs the question - do these really contain all the fiber, probiotics, and enzymes they claim? Time will certainly tell. Almost seems a little too good to be true and for as thoroughly as I usually research things before ordering, I'm sad I didn't do so with these. I will likely not re-order these, I'll probably go back to pysllium husk fiber in powder form. These were pretty pricey in my opinion. i know it sounds silly but the claim of the coloring coming from annatto is really bothering me because now I feel like I can't trust anything the label says. A quick look at reviews on some of their other listing echo this same concern.
