The chair took two hours to put together. The quality of the chair and the screw fixings are of very high quality. The instructions a let down because the pictures are too small and not clear and you need to work it out. However, once assembled it is very comfortable and the reclining is fantastic. It is very solid and does not wobble from side to side like other chairs. Love it. I also got a £150 discount from the £629 price as I checked out, which was a bonus.

Bought this following an accident which meant sitting for work was excruciating. The seat is very deep and the mesh isn’t the most comfortable if sitting for too long but, due to the accident, I found a memory foam cushion that solved this issue. I feel very safe and secure in my chair and can lie back and still have support to my sides (can bring them in closer for support) and the lumbar support (also adjustable) is exceptional. This was so good for me at home that my company bought me the same chair for work (much cheaper than the specialist chairs provided by workplace Occy Health). It is expensive, but definitely worth being able to sit at work-from-home station and allows me to work in the office too.

Had this chair for ten months before writing this review. I have two of these, one for myself and one for my partner who has fibro. At the start after a long assembly time, the chair feels good, you feel like the back support and the lumbar support work, the footrest is a good addition also. The arm rests are ridiculous, they are too high with not enough adjustment to make them lower and you have 0 chance of getting yourself fully tucked into your desk with this chair, so that leads to shoulder pains and uncomfortable sitting positions with a mouse and keyboard. After having this for ten months and being way past any kind of period of refund, i can honestly say, do not buy this chair. Myself and My partner now have shoulder pains after using this chair for extended periods of time, the arm rests are way too long, with not enough adjustment backwards to get closer to your desk for a comfortable sitting position for work. The back rest, headrest and footrest just eventually come loose, leading to once a month having to flip the chair and tighten all the screws and mechanisms up which is no easy feat. If I could get a refund for both chairs I would and invest the money into a different company for a different chair, they are genuinely a horrible chair, they become more uncomfortable over time and all the positive reviews you see on youtube are just influencer boosted. Avoid at all costs.

Pros: + Headrest, very adjustable, and can accommodate all neck and head postures including the weirdest like me. + titling back is supper nice Cons: - the arms need to shift back not just forward, very weird to have your elbows away from you the whole time - the lumber support needs further engineering, I personally disliked it

Great solid chair. I bought this over a year ago, and the customer service I have had with getting new parts has been incredible. Fast response and sending out replacement parts very quickly with no fuss.

This chair is built of excellent quality materials. It has all the features I could ever need. I use it for a minimum of 50 hrs a week between working and gaming and it's on another level for comfort 100% recommend this chair and you will not regret it

No matter how hard and many time trying to adjust the head rest, it always, always go back to the worst position on it own. very very very uncomfortable head rest

Here's my story buying two of The Hbada E3 Ergonomic chairs. This does not reflect in an way the seller. I bought two of these chairs 18th January 2025 These chairs cost me £479.99 They were delivered on the 20th January 2025 The comfort is fantastic, however, one of the chairs has a problem with the headrest, it's floppy and will not stay in position, looking at the mechanism, the white notch will not engage with the jaws to hold the head rest in place. I used the e-mail to contact the company, it failed. I was left at the mercy of The Amazon call centre. After 11 different operators I had to terminate the chat with them. Yes they offered me a full refund and returns policy and told me to re-order another chair. I looked at The Hbada chair again with the intention of ordering another one but within one day, the price had increased to £649.99 an extra £170 Amazon would not budge with this price, they would not contact the seller either. I do hope the seller reads this and can help me, all I need is a replacement head rest.
