The post stated it was in excellent condition, but what I received was clearly in poor or, at best, acceptable condition—not even good, let alone excellent. There is clear damage on the frame, showing signs of an old impact and mending with screws at the bottom. Also received with a million prints on screen and back. Not refurbished and not cleaned. Also battery life is 88% which could have been okay if the frame and screws weren’t damaged and mended.

Phone came with wrong charging cable which was disappointing considering the amount spent.

Het lijkt meer tweedehands . Niet in oryginale verpakking zonder boekje en accessoires. Jammer. Werkt wel maar twijfel is er wel. Goedkoop is die niet.

Ich habe das iPhone 15 Pro Max (512 GB) über den Amazon-Händler Tek4Life gekauft und bin leider äußerst unzufrieden.Bereits nach kurzer Nutzungszeit trat ein erheblicher Mangel auf: Der Bildschirm hat sich gelöst, ohne dass das Gerät zuvor heruntergefallen ist oder sonstige äußere Einwirkungen wie Kratzer, Stöße oder Wasserschäden vorlagen - sogar vom Apple-Service bestätigt.Trotz des offensichtlichen Mangels gestaltet sich die Abwicklung mit dem Verkäufer sehr schwierig. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass man hier versucht, sich vor der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung zu drücken. Die Kommunikation war alles andere als professionell und wenig lösungsorientiert. Der Fall ist aktuell noch nicht abgeschlossen, aber bisher wurden eher Ausreden gesucht als praktische Hilfe angeboten.Insgesamt bin ich sehr enttäuscht – sowohl vom Verkäufer als auch vom Ablauf. Das war mein letzter iPhone-Kauf über Amazon, zumindest bei Drittanbietern.Fazit:Ein hochpreisiges Gerät mit gravierendem Defekt und ein Verkäufer, der sich vor Verantwortung drückt – absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
