The item is exactly as shown and does what it was made to do. PROS: Solid metal construction and has some weight to it. Four temperature controlled cooling fans that move a lot of air. CONS: cheap control display panel. Vague instructions. Questionable quality control. For what you pay for this item and what it is (value for the money) this is a very decent product. Solid all metal construction with 4 fans that move a lot of air. The temperature sensor is super sensitive and the display is very visible. Comparable products cost a little more without the temperature control feature requiring you to manually turn it on and off. My item did not work out of the box. I emailed the seller who responded the same day and was sending a replacement next business day. No questions asked, haggle free process. These things happen I just wanted a working replacement but Rebecca went beyond and even compensated me for my time. A+ customer service and now I have a pretty decent rack fan. The seller stands behind their product and the sale.
