Instructions not that clear , other than that all good ### ⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Until it Broke Under Load *by S***W on 11 June 2020* I bought this product to use at home while public gyms were closed during the UK lockdown due to the COVID pandemic. It was perfect for me for ~ 3 months until it buckled/broke.Delivery was fairly quick, especially as it was the height of panic as lockdown started, so 5 stars there. The dumbbells were delivered separately to the bench, and the seller replied quickly when I asked if that was the intent (it was).The bench itself was good - the adjustable back support had a slight wobble when not under load, but this was never an issue: it sat properly with any weight on it. The bench felt good quality and was lightweight which made moving it into the workout space every day very easy. It doesn't fold away for storage (until you sit on it with a heavy weight anyway...). I regularly used it at all angles with a pair of 35kg dumbbells so, including my weight it generally took 160kg safely (until it didn't).One workout the metal back support completely folded as I sat down on it with a ~70kg barbell. It was in the flat position and I was sitting noticeable further back on the bench than usual (in the flat position - this position is mechanically weakest for this bench). So I ended up sliding backwards off the bench landing on my head while holding a 70kg barbell, so not ideal.... It felt solid up until that day, but because the product spec said it would take up to 200kg so I would have to give it 1 star for sturdiness (me + bar = 160kg). For safety, surely it should be able to take a little more than the spec says.A pair of plastic dumbbells came with this product. I didn't plan on using these at all because I already had heavier metal weights, but these actually really came in handy. It's really useful to have a second pair of weights available. They're a bit chunky since they're only plastic, but they're comfortable to use.
