This bag is AMAZING!! I work from home but occasionally have to travel to sites. When I do I need to take a lot of things. A lot of other reviews said this was a tardis and you could get lots in. I wasn’t sure so opted for (I believe) the larger version. Holy cow I think I could have gone for the smaller one! In my bag I put my laptop, laptop charger, phone charger, I have 2 mobiles (work and personal), pencil case for office stationary on the go, a wireless keyboard, mouse, work pass (which there is a convenient pocket inside to keep it safe!) multiple note pads (both A4 and A5 sizes), laptop headphones for webex meetings and phone headphones for conf calls. sometimes I put spare shoes/trainers in. I also put my purse, my lunch boxes (I have 3 square ones in 3 sizes for fruit etc). On the outside there’s a front pocket (zipped) which I keep easy to reach items (a cable which allows me to charge phone and have headphones plugged in for conf calls etc), tissues, spare change just in case and my travel card. I don’t know about the security of the zip on the front so I don’t tend to put anything valuable inside it. The top is just a regular 2 side zip, because of the shape it isn’t easy to open (IMO) so I put valuable items inside the main part. There are two side pockets (really deep). I keep a compact umbrella in one and a bottle of water in the other. If I need to carry my bag like a handbag (busy tube/train etc) I can as it has some cute leather straps on top. I have to admit though when it’s full it’s almost impossible for me to realistically carry like this for any distance. Once it is on my back though the weight it so well distributed it feels so light. The colour is gorgeous. I love pink and really girly things but I seriously needed my adult professional head on so opted for this blue camo. It’s really nice. Had a few compliments. I am not sure if the material is waterproof. It may be resistant. I have a backpack waterproof cover which I’ll put over if any serious rain but the majority of my travel is door to door (even by public transport) so it doesn’t overly concern me. If you are unsure; just go for it! It’s the first time ever I have purchased a bag online. The gamble was 100% worth it. It’s sturdy, comfortable, fits a lot of stuff in and is stylish. Great buy and really good price!

I now have two of these, one in black and one in blue, and I absolutely LOVE them, having tried a whole range of lady-like laptop bags, including from the very expensive ranges. Kroser is simply the best of all of them. First of all , the outer pockets: the large zip pocket is easy to open and fits a large amount of things. The two side pockets: again, large and easily accessible and especially good for a water bottle so no leaks inside your bag. Inside: it's cavernous. Depending on how much weight you can carry, this packs everything, books, laptop or keyboard, papers, food shopping! spare cardigans/fleece/whatever. There is an inside sleeve for laptop and another smaller sleeve next to it, as illustrated, for papers, clipboard, books, whatever.Inside pockets for pens, phone, whatever. ODDLY enough, the black has come with an INSIDE side pocket, like for water bottle, but the blue one, bought earlier, doesn't have. BEST BEST FEATURE plus only problem: the wire rim around the opening which is the entire length of the zip. It means it opens widely, can sit on the floor/chair next to you wide open for great accessibility, and stays open. There is no wrestling with pockets with this bag!! The bad news is that you can NOT zip the bag closed in the air whilst walking; the rim has to be manually closed together in order for the zip to close- you have to rest it against knee/wall/seat to hold bag steady to close it. Annoying at first. But you can get used to this if you are willing- you cannot just zip it closed just like that. But it's truly worth the hassle, yet you really should know this first, if you are going to be dipping into it a thousand times on one journey. Best method to beat this problem: Carry your valuables, wallet, phone, travel card, in a very small cross body bag at the same time and you don't have to keep dipping into the laptop bag; this works great. Also,it's lightweight! Plus very nice clip together handles to use as a handbag. And it looks more feminine than most work backpacks. Very comfortable thick enough padded shoulder straps too.

This is a great design from the point of view of being able to open the top wide and look right into the space. Other designs are inefficient and allow things to spill out - this solves the problem! Nice and deep - you can get a lot in. I like the pockets inside for laptop, iPad and other things. The two external pouches are generous in size, so great for a reusable cup (so many backpacks have pouches that are way too small, especially if the interior is full), and deep enough for a folding umbrella. I like the little clip that stops the grab handles at the top from flapping about. Front zipped pocket is also very generous - not just a flat pocket (like some where you can't even squeeze in a power cable and plug). Not convinced about the external USB - it would mean having your phone in an external pocket while you're walking around - just asking for it to be stolen, surely? OK on a train perhaps, but then there's still no need to have it placed there, I'd prefer it to be inside. But that's a minor point. I can get my laptop, a cardigan/jacket, drink bottle and a lunch bag into the main space, with my cables in the front pocket, coffee cup and umbrella in the side pouches. Brilliant! I'm really happy with this.

I wanted a fairly plain backpack on which I could add some designs, this was perfect. Love: 1) The bright interior: it makes finding things much easier! 2) The interior pockets: there aren't enough to be overwhelmed and the ones that are there are really handy. When the large one isn't holding a laptop, it's perfect for holding individual pages or smaller note books. The tablet pocket holds my bullet journal and there's still loads of space left for lunch, make up bag and more. 3) The mouth of the bag is lined with heavy duty wires which makes it really easy to open and find things. 4) The capacity. This would easily work (for me) as a weekend trip bag. Haven't used: 1) The charging port, but I appreciate its presence 2) The waterproofing (it hasn't rained yet!) Why 4 stars and not 5... small, but I find it slightly irritating: the fabric of the strap is quite slippery against my clothing. I usually use two straps so it's not a big issue, but if I'm in a rush and use one, I have to work to keep it on my shoulder.

I bought this originally to store my ski helmet while travelling and it did the job. The top opens up wide so you can fit quite a lot in there. I now use it as my bag for commuting into the office. It holds everything I need including my laptop, notebook and drinks with plenty of room to spare. Having the space for a powerbank and the connector on the outside is really handy too. The material hasn't ripped and the hardware hasn't discoloured in the 6 months I've had it. The straps are comfy and they have little elastic loops so you can tuck any excess away which is great. It looks stylish and it's comfy to wear. It's easy to clean too as you just take a damp cloth to it. It's survived several rainy days although I think if you were in heavy rain all day it might not last but it's not really designed for that. All in all a great backpack for a great price.

I've had this bag for 2 years and have used it daily to carry my essentials to and from work. It's also been my go-to for all trips, sometimes carrying multiple rounds of clothes, other times being taken on road trips, shoved under airplane chairs and trekking in the middle of nowhere. Today it looks the same as it did when I bought it. It's incredibly functional and spacious, and has very useful compartmenralization. And I purchased it because it was the cheaper option! I thought I'd leave a positive review for an item that has become an indispensable part of my life. Highly recommend!

Received my bag today and it is honestly the best one I've ever had. I study Musical Theatre so usually have so many random items in my bag and then a tote bag as well with shoes in etc. In this bag I had my laptop, 2 notebooks, a ring binder and my huge pencil case and there was PLENTY of room left for shoes, dance wear and even my lunch! Fantastic for commuting/walking round campus as the padded straps and the thickness of the straps doesn't make the bag feel heavy on your back at all. Other bags I've used have had tiny holders for bottles either side but the holders on this bag are enormous and can fit my litre bottle in without me having to force it. The outer pocket is really big and fits things like my phone, keys, purse, uni ID etc in no problem, interior pockets are also very spacious for little things like extra makeup and the little bits and bobs I usually carry round with me. My favourite feature has to be the framing which allows for the huge amount of items you can put in the bag but stops it from sticking out when it's on your back (previous bags have made me feel like a turtle when full!) A great purchase and I'll definitely get excellent use out of it. (Bought on 19th Sep 2020- I'll update the review if anything changes/I notice anything in the next few months)

This is a great commuter bag! I use it for the train, it's not so bulky like a ruck sac and much more stylish. I thought it was great value and quality, comfortable, handy charger on outside of bag for devices, and strong, with loads of space for laptop, ipad or kindle, lunch, shoes etc. My dell laptop fits in fine and it's padded on the inside pockets. I can't fault it really very practical. Only thing I had previously on another bag was access to the main compartment by a side zip, and another front zipped pocket would be good for easy access.

10 months on and this bag still proves to be exceptional- there is not one thing I would change. So well made- excellent pockets- and looks super smart with the blue inner lining. I have had many admiring remarks. Would purchase again any day- highly recommend.

I bought this bag 2 years ago still looks good even thought I used it everyday as my office laptop bag. Love it. Worth the money

I have a Pacsafe backpack and although I don't have any complaints about its durability and comfort, the style is too masculine. What I like most about my new Kroser backpack is how it is beautifully designed without compromising its utility. It is very spacious that can comfortably fit my laptop, drink bottle, headphones, eyeglasses, shades, small umbrella, make-up bag, travel kit essentials, etc. Its lightweight material also helps to keep the weight at a minimum despite how much stuff I put in it. There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about it. The only imperfection I've seen so far is the stitches on the front zipped pocket (see picture #5). Looks like it was double stitched or something but I don't want to cut it off coz it might ruin the rest of the stitches. Overall, this is a must-have for office and travel!

I purchased it for international travel and I must say after several trips, it has not disappointed me ! I rarely write reviews, but this one definitely deserves one with a 5 star rating. It held up beautifully and still looks like it is unused after many flights, train trips, bus trips, and car trips. It has just the right type of number of pockets to easily accommodate all one needs at hand. The bag opens fully, so, all contents are viewable easily and A4 documents don’t end up with frayed edges. The main compartment can easily accommodate a laptop, tablet, smartphone, multiple file folders with documents, phone and laptop chargers, a change of clothes and more. The side pockets work great for a water bottle, wipes, sanitizers. The front zipper pocket accommodates medicines / cosmetics etc. easily and allow easy access due to it’s placement. I carried it in lieu of a carryon as it sits well on my back due to the adjustable shoulder straps. It is lighter than a carryon suitcase allowing me to take more in the same weight allowance and keep my hands free when walking down flights of stairs or down an escalator. The zippers glide smoothly and easily. The handles permit me to hold the bag and also open it with the other hand without laying it down on a surface. They are sturdy enough to withstand the weight of a full bag when hung on a hook in airport toilets. It is light, so, when not in need, it does not add much weight to my check in luggage. I highly recommend this bag for travel or daily use !

Received the product before the scheduled delivery date. It’s beautiful and very strong with reasonable price. You may go for it without a second thought!
