Melatonin 10mg Quick Dissolve Extra Strength

I bought so many of these cause they really work and help me sleep every time, i recommend!

Due to considerations of Quick dissolve, affect, price, and lack of flavor, this is my obvious choice. I have tried numerous "Melatonin". Melatonin Plus, or Melatonin supplements can pull me down 24/7. I take Melatonin Quick Dissolve as a natural non addictive/non drug relaxer for sleep. Melatonin's affect wears off within seven hours +/-, which leaves me in control. If I need to arise before then I can function quite well. That is not the case with Melatonin Plus or Supplement. Having tried other brands, this 21st Century brand has no biased flavor to me.

I started to add melatonin to my sleep aid routine several years ago -- namely adding it to diphenhydramine -- or the generic "PM" part of advil pm. This seems to help with sleep in conjunction with that. My issue is not falling asleep but staying asleep. I tend to sleep in 3/4 hour increments and wake up in the middle of the night wide awake and ready to go. I usually read articles on my phone for an hour or so with the brightness turned way down and the blue light filter off. then I take a diph and either one of these pills or a half tab and then I tend to fall asleep shortly I will note that some online articles indicate very little melatonin is required to trigger whatever it does inside the body -- so you may think about breaking this in half. This has minimal taste, if any really, and does dissolve quickly in mouth if not swallowed immediately. As for its effectiveness, I believe it helps, however, it is honestly hard to know for sure. This product versus other melatonin supplements versus melatonin in general. Either way, when I am ready to refill I tend to look for the best value, considering splitting the pills into two as well.

We order this melatonin on Subscribe and Save. I get 1-2 a month so we don't run out. My husband works shifts and on call, and this cherry flavor tastes a bit better than the other brand's strawberry flavor. I do recommend this product highly. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the pricing up and downs. I've gotten this for as low as $6, and I generally increase my order to 3 bottles when it goes that low. As I went to review this month's sub n save order, I see the price has increased to $9.90, which is the highest I've ever seen it. It may not seem like a big price increase, but 50% is a huge price increase. I'm glad I stocked up when the price was lower. Hopefully, the price will be lower next month, or we'll be using the other brand again.

Don't know if they are effective yet, as this is my first time taking them. However, they taste terrible. Guess I will have to swallow them. UPDATE: This stuff put me out and I slept better than I have slept in years!! I always keep track of my REM, LIGHT AND deep sleep cycles and I NEVER EVER get enough REM or deep sleep, but last night, I met both of them!! I have updated my rating from 4 to 5, as I can actually swallow the pill, and it definitely works!!

Easy to take, no digestion issues, and it really helps my teen fall to sleep without any "hangover" effect the next morning. Great product that is highly recommended. Get the subscription so you don't run out!

I like this melatonin and will purchase again. Pros: One tablet actually does equal 10 mg, none of that labeling as 1 strength, then finding the 'serving size' is actually 2 tabs. It truly works! Makes me wonder about ingredients in bottle of different brand from big box store. It is a melt. I use it beneath my tongue. This may account for efficacy. It melts rather slowly Cons: the taste. It could be better. Very artificial, sort of chalky texture. But this is a small matter. I'm very pleased to have found this version of melatonin. I am now a believer!

Good for people looking for a larger dose tablet but it is sub-optimal because it dissolves way..way too fast, so much will be swallowed decreasing the actual dose you will absorb.
