Fantastic high-spec product. Well worth the money. Easy to set up and use.

The new win11 Microsoft has disabled the start up command prompt so you can't sign in on laptop without a internet connection. So I sent it back, I don't want an internet connection just needed to use it as a computer and for games.

Great purchase. Easy set up. Works perfectly so far.

Audio and video out of sync- on different browsers and different streaming sites. I only received laptop today and this is disappointing- will be returning

I have an iPhone 15 and iPad Pro- but guess what, I still went for this Microsoft device for work/home laptop use, and am really glad I did. Familiar office apps. Familiar way of working. Good Microsoft Security comes as standard. Clean incredibly sleek look. And there is something about buying a Microsoft Windows computer actually made by Microsoft themselves! Snapdragon X elite chip has caught up with Apple M3 finally - it is a significant upgrade to most previous Microsoft models and can handle most things you can throw at it. I think the only notable disadvantage is gaming (but I have a PS4 and iPad for that). For everything else work/media wise look at YouTube reviews- it has definitely caught up with or even exceeds MacBook Air equivalents as a fact. Microsoft base model comes with 16GB ram standard whereas 2024 MacBook Air M3 base model comes with just 8GB. Battery life is also very very similar to MacBook Air now when it used to be far behind, you can watch reputable reviews on YouTube where this is demonstrated. Also like like MacBook it charges with USBC port how cool is that! - we can now use the same USB charger as for our phone to charge it! It’s personal choice but I went for base model RAM/SSD wise and a larger 15” screen (instead of 15”) in platinum colour. This is because I don’t have a desktop, so sacrificed portability and weight to have a better visual experience for work- I use spreadsheets and multitask so a bigger screen is easier to work with. When I went to see them first in Currys I found it very useful for decision making and comparison. I discovered the 15” come only in black and silver, whereas the smaller 13” screen come in even cooler colours like the blue one. I still chose the larger screen for reasons above. No -as someone says, the screen isn’t compatible with a pen- but who writes on a laptop screen? I don’t even use the touch-screen feature most days. Overall it is absolutely fabulous all round with fabulous battery life. If you want to look up an alternative laptop with very similar specs and looks (which I didn’t go for in the end), look up SAMSUNG Galaxy Book4 Edge laptop. Also comes in a v nice blue and slightly better screen- though I still preferred this Microsoft model overall. Very happy indeed
