Peeksville Learning Barnyard Playset

We bring this toy to our 19 month old grandson's house once a week. He loves it and has for the past few months. He gets excited when he sees the bag, because he knows what's inside! Honestly, I was a bit weary of buying this toy but went for it because of the good price. I was happily surprised that our grandson loves it so much! It keeps him engaged for at least 15 minutes, which is good for an 18 month old!

Just a perfect farm toy! Great for language development! Naming animals working on core vocabulary for little ones. So much fun!

Such an adorable little barn for little hands. Not too many pieces and lightweight too! Bought this for my one year old and she loves all the sweet little animals that it comes with. We love to make the doors open and the little baskets pop up and down.

Great game that kids love!

I bought this for my 1yr old granddaughter. My 3 yr old granddaughter plays with it just as much as the little one. I like there are no sharp edges nor are there any small pieces for choking hazards. This barn is also durable. It can handle a Frenchie and two toddlers and is still in perfect condition. The little vegetables and farm animals keep the little one busy she really enjoys this barn. The barn is able to keep an active and curious 3yr old occupied for a while as a bonus! We are very pleased.

This was a Christmas gift for my 18 month old (14 months at the time) and she loves it. She plays with it every day at least once, even 4 months after Christmas. I love that it comes with "food" for the animals to eat and a designated place for them. The up and down motion of the food baskets is a plus for my kids (my 4 year old loves the farm as well) and they love taking the baskets out so the pig can play in the mud! There are so many ways to play with this; peekaboo (with the doors), educational (animal names, sounds, counting, and numbered doors), scale/weight (for the seesaw-like area where the baskets sit), and just imaginative farm play. Bonus mama points for the 2 sides being able to "clip" into each other when closed to keep them from just swaying apart, plus being able to easily hold/carry it from the top like a handle. This was easily one of our best Christmas purchases, especially considering that other "top brands" charge 2-3 times as much for basically the same thing. Great value for money. Nothing has broken, scratched or chipped so far even with daily use so I hope that lasts.

Such a great toy! The pieces are high quality and the toy is super sturdy! It has just the right amount of pieces for hours of play without being overwhelming!

Super cute, very playable and great for fine motor development but quality is lacking. Two doors fall of easily, because the hinges are weak and the silo top is very difficult to turn. Almost returned it but baby loved it so much. Plays with it every day. Now she is older and can be more gentle with the doors, so falling of is not constant any more. Got it for a discount so value for money was fair.

This is a great farm set if you are looking for something with a little more interaction than just animals and a barn. I purchased this specifically to help with speech therapy for my son at home who is 3. I can see how it might be hard to have a child play independently with this toy (especially younger), but to me it is definitely supposed to be a two person toy if you want to do the peekaboo/hide and seek aspect. You can also name the animals, counts the numbers, do animal sounds. The little veggies and buckets are a cute little add on. Great for things like on/off, in/out, up/down. My son also likes using the animals as finger puppets. I’m really glad we grabbed this one!
