Purchased these security cameras to replace old nearly non- functioning cameras that were installed 10+ years ago. Installation footprint was the same with better vision (clearer) and more functionality (scanning & alarming). Linking to my Internet and phone was simple and seamless. Any questions I had were answered with a clear solution. I would recommend these cameras to augment any home security system.

This system is the worst i have ever had! It doesn’t always detect a person, but it will alert you every time the shadow on the ground moves from the trees blowing in the wind. When it does detect a person and start recording it only follows them for about 10 seconds then goes back to its original set position. Unless they are within 5 foot of the camera and standing still you cant make out a clear picture of their face. I would definitely stay away from this system! Much better systems out there!

I bought the CKK PTZ NVR security camera system to have around my house. I use 8 cameras and was having trouble with 1 and contacted customer service. They responded in less than 24 hours and were able to help me resolve the problem immediately. I highly recommend this camera system. I love the PTZ and the motion lights that come on when you approach and the 2 way speaker.

These are nice cameras. Unfortunately, when I ordered I didn’t realize the hard drive wasn’t included, so I have no storage for videos, unless I purchase iCloud storage. Well, I did purchase cloud storage but that purchase is ONLY FOR 1 camera. If I want cloud storage for my other 3 cameras I have to purchase individually for each camera. Deeply regret purchasing.

works well in day or night only reason not 5 stars is system the sensitivity for flood lights can not be adjusted and go on repeatedly throughout night when nothing there.

These cameras are really amazing! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for 360 cameras that can turn . My old cameras didnt have this option which is what I disliked .I would really recommend this to anyone looking into better ones or as a first time camera.
