I can't believe these actually work. I put them on my inner wrist. So they don't eliminate the hangover lol it's not a miracle patch. But they definitely speed up the process the next day. 1 patch lasts 8 hrs I'll put 1 on the day of, 1 before sleeping, and 1 when I wake up and be headache free by noon. If ur going to party, these absolutely help
