Waterdrop TSB-ALK 8 Layer Slightly Alkaline Under Sink Water Filter System

I’ve been really impressed with the Waterdrop TSB 8 Layer Under Sink system so far. Installation was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t run into any issues. Once it was set up, the difference in water quality was noticeable right away cleaner taste, no odd smell, and overall just much better than straight tap. I also like how compact the unit is. It fits neatly under the sink without taking up too much space, which was a big plus for me. The build quality feels solid, and everything connects securely with no leaks. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it well. Great value for the price and definitely a worthwhile upgrade for anyone looking to improve their drinking water at home.

This Waterdrop filtration unit was the easiest to install ever!! I did it in literally 5 mins. Water tastes great, no chlorine taste or smell. Quick n easy to install hoses and unit. Went with this unit bcuz it said it removes fluoride, which Grand Rapids (MI) is notorious for. Size fit perfectly behind the sink plumbing. No effect in water flow that I can tell. I think I’m going to really like this investment!

It is an Ultra-Filtration (UF) unit, meaning it filters down to 0.01 μm. The water now tastes as clean as high-end bottled brands. Flow Rate: Surprisingly fast though it does have the standard flow reduction common with these type of filters. At 1.59 GPM, I can fill a glass in about 5 seconds without the "trickle" common in many other cheap/budget filters. Build Quality: The housing is twice as thick as standard filters and has been pulse-tested at high pressure to prevent cracks or leaks. INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE Setup: It took me exactly 15 minutes. It connects directly to your existing 3/8” or 1/2” cold water line. Filter Changes: It uses a "twist-and-lock" design. You can swap the filters in about 3 seconds without tools or turning off the main water valve. Lifespan: The filters are rated for 8,000 gallons or up to 18 months, depending on your local water quality. PROS & CONS Pros: Maintains original water pressure (mostly). No "wastewater" (eco-friendly). Removes up to 99% of chlorine and odor. Cons: Does NOT reduce TDS: If you use a TDS meter, the numbers won't drop because it keeps beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. Cold Water Only: Do not hook this up to your hot water line

I’ve been really happy with the Waterdrop WD-TSA-UF system (the one sold under ASIN B0D1R9RS3S) I bought it back in January 2025 — so it’s now been nearly a year — and it’s still running smoothly. The unit has been totally leak-free and dependable, with a strong flow rate for an under-sink ultrafiltration system. Installation was straightforward: the system fit nicely under my sink alongside a garbage disposal — no special modifications needed. I’ve used similar filters before, so the set-up felt familiar and easy. Since installing it, I’ve noticed the water tastes noticeably better than regular tap (I'ma municipal water supply) — clean and fresh. The specs say it filters out microplastics as well, which gives me added confidence in the quality. On top of that, I’ve been quite impressed with Waterdrop’s customer service. Becky handled a few questions for me quickly and with good detail. Overall — dependable performance, easy installation, solid water taste, and good support — I’d recommend this filter for anyone who wants a worry-free under-sink filtration system. I purchased this last year and it worked perfectly fine until we moved and I tried installing it at the new residence. I reached out to support and they helped me troubleshoot it and ended up replacing the unit because the head unit wasn't working. The water flow on the new unit was even better. This unit literally takes 10 minutes to install. I will continue using this brand and recommend it if you are in the market. Kimberly helped me through the process and provided very good customer service.

Buy with confidence! Let's face it, we all have better things to do than lug around flats of water bottles. And all the time having that nagging thought of where these bottles have been? Heated and cooled through the delivery - microplastics, and how many bottles have I contributed to landfills? Well, I am happy to say that making sure I have clean, filtered water is as easy as turning on the tap - just like the old days! LOL! I rested the unit on the bottom of the cabinet - easy to disengage and replace the filters. The unit was super easy to hook up. I had one unit professionally installed and one I did myself. The instructions are so straightforward. The water is even more clean-tasting (if that makes sense) than any bottled water (aside from the super expensive one in a glass - but maybe it's equal or better), it comes out cold and perfect! I had a glitch with one of the units, and had the chance to work with the Customer Service, shoutout to Kimberly and Reanne - they were responsive and walked me through the process and quickly offered a solution - including the replacement of one unit.

I am very satisfied with this filter. I wanted reverse osmosis. But I feel this is the closest thing to it. The water tastes great and it seems to be very high quality. And feels very durable and it took my husband about less than a half hour to put together. It’s a great filter replacement compared to using the pitcher we had been using for years. The is great size and it comes with its own Spicket. So it looks great too. The water no longer has any odor and I believe it’s compatible to any sink. So it perfect for anyone. My husband had to drill a hole for the Spicket. But other than that it was a breeze to put together. I highly recommend this product. 10 stars.

It is working as it should. Was not difficult to install. The replacement filters are a bit pricy but most of them are. I’m used to filtered water from a previous filter & this is as good if not better. I really like the included faucet, it’s an exact match to my regular kitchen faucet. I also like that the faucet has a regulated handle so I can have a strong stream or a little trickle if I need. My previous faucet only had push down to open but wouldn’t stay open, had to hold it down to fill a large pot, this is much better, it stays on, hands free. The quality of the filtered water is better tasting & tests much cleaner than my previous filter. This is an improvement. So far very pleased.

I ordered this filter system to address an issue with our well-water smelling and tasting treated, and it’s completely resolved that issue for me! I now drink water straight from the tap and really like the added feature to make the water more alkaline, which is what we were getting from our local water dispenser when filling jugs. The instructions were very clear and all required parts are provided, and I was able to install it myself in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Ich habe den Waterdrop WD-TSB Wasserfilter ,mit dediziertem Wasserhahn seit 10 Februar 2025 in Benutzung. Der Einbau war recht einfach und auch der Einbau des T-Stücks war kein Problem.Ich musste für den Wasserhahn ein Loch in die Edelstahl Spüle bohren, was ebenfalls kein Problem darstellte. Ich bin mit der gefilterten Wasserqualität sehr zufrieden. Ich habe bis Dato noch keine Tests gemacht aber wenn ich das Trinkwasser auf verschieden Werte hin untersucht habe ändere ich dieses Review nochmal. Der Geschmack das Wassers hat sich deutlich verbessert, es ist viel weicher und hat einen sehr frischen Geschmack, was vorher ungefiltert nicht der Fall war. Wer die Sankt Leonhards Heilwässer kennt kann sich das in etwas vorstellen, das gefilterte Wasser schmeckt ähnlich, weicher, runder und einfach leckerer. Das ganze System ist recht einfach gehalten, funktioniert aber perfekt. Die 3 Filter benötigen bei mir für einen Liter Wasser 16,4 Sekunden, durch den normalen Kaltwasserhahn ungefiltert 6,3 Sekunden. Ich finde den Preis für das Gesamtsystem mit den 3 Filtern angemessen und auch der Preis für die Ersatzfilter ist Ok, wenn man bedenkt das man mit dem PP Filter(29,90€) bis zu 6 Monate, mit dem GC(29,90€) Filter bis zu 12 Monate und dem CT Filter(39,90€) bis zu 18 Monaten auskommt. Mir war ein richtiges Umkehr Osmose System momentan zu teuer und nach Recherchen, fand ich den bis Dato benutzen Brita Tisch Kannenfilter in der Filterleistung, für mich , nicht ausreichend. Wer auf seine Gesundheit achten möchte und wem eine Umkehr Osmose Anlage zu teuer ist, ist mit dem Waterdrop TSA/TSB 3fach Filter System wirklich gut beraten.

En principio bastante bien, instalación sencilla, tamaño adecuado para poco espacio y producción de agua con caudal aceptable y sabor del agua similar al de una ósmosis.
