Review: Razor‑Sharp Performance That Surprised Me - I recently purchased these Opinel knives, and they exceeded every expectation. The blades are incredibly sharp, the balance feels perfect in the hand, and the overall build quality is far above what I expected at this price point. After several weeks of daily use, they still cut as cleanly as the first day. If you want reliable, durable knives that make cooking genuinely easier. Review: Great little knife... - Handy little paring knife. Balances well in the hand and the pear wood scales have a nice feel. The blade is not too long, making it useful for fine paring jobs on fruits and vegetables. The blade is likely 440C stainless, renowned for its edge-holding properties. A quick touch up on a steel and the blade is razor sharp. I use this little knife multiple times a day, and it does a fine job. Great little knife. Well worth the price. ## Features - PRACTICAL PARING ADDITION TO YOUR KITCHEN LINEUP: Essential Paring Knife Sets by Opinel are practical, useful tools fit for a wide range of tasks – from prep work to dressing up your table for a dinner party and everything in between - PARING KNIFE: A must-have in your kitchen, a good paring knife is an essential tool for any chef.
