I needed to buy a new BP monitor. Having bought a new monitor, I bought this cuff because all the good OMRON BP monitors I looked at had the cuff with the “D” ring. Being 82 and my wife 77, we have always used the molded cuff. My wife has to check her pressure twice daily and there was no way she was going to put up with the “D” ring cuff. This cuff with its adapters worked perfectly. The price was right. The quality is second to none. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Wraps your arm without hinges to pinch your skin
My husband has lost significant amount of weight from cancer. The original cuff on his iProven BPM-617 is a hinged cut that pinches his skin when inflating and the velcro is no longer staying secure. Due to his significant weight loss this last year, I needed to find a size small cuff without the hinge. This cuff is an adult sized small cuff that is an easy wrap so no awkward wrapping of a traditional cuff. So much easier to put on and remove - slips on and off your arm. The adapters didn't fit my BP machine so I took the original connector off the old cuff and used it on the new cuff. Works perfectly with a comfortable fit.
