Although the noise itself is not a problem (we both wear earplugs), all the other health related issues are problematic, notably dry mouth, chronic headaches and sleep apnea (in our case). We received the item fairly quickly and it was exactly what we expected. We even got a nice nose ventilation with it, highly appreciated.My spouse was skeptical about putting anything around the head and get to sleep. It is very simple to use, and very adjustable to one's liking. The material is premium quality and my spouse says it feels almost natural. The head gear is soft/comfortable and does a good job of keeping your mouth closed. The nostril pieces come in various sizes, so make sure to test em out and sleep with which ever is most comfortable. Would definitely recommend washing everything at least semi-regularly (2-3 uses), especially if using during warm nights...
