Long ones, short ones, old ones, but however I tried the end result was always a tangled mess of behind the TV and the same spaghetti like mass around my router!So I thought I'd give this multi-cable pack of one meter leads a try. They arrived much faster than expected, but were packed in a way that they could be pushed through my letterbox. They're perfect for use anywhere a short patch lead is needed, and most importantly, the quality of the lead and end connectors is extremely good. Now when I look over to the back of the TV I see neatly coiled colour coded cables, all secured with the little colour matching cable ties! I purchased the pack of 10 multi coloured 5m cables with coloured cable ties, so they work out to less than £1.60 a cable which is very cheap.A few reviews said they received CAT5 cables instead of CAT5e, so on arrival I checked all the cables to ensure they were CAT5e. Thankfully these all have CAT5E UTP PATCH printed on the cables themselves so looking good from that perspective.The cables are nice and flexible and not too stiff. There doesn't appear to be any kinks in them either.I've had no trouble unplugging these from RJ45 ports and I definitely haven't needed to use pliers to remove them. Having said that, these particular anti-snag plugs are always a nightmare anyway, especially if you're plugging them into densely populated switches such as 48 port models. I think if I did struggle to unplug these I can always chop the end off and crimp a new RJ45 plug on!
